Alberto was great. Amazing drinks and food. Beautiful beach would return in a heartbeat as there is no entry fee just a minimum spend. They made sure we had a good time, and it was comfortable and they provided towels as well. I definitely think it is worth a visit!

This place is a true gem in Tulum. I visited their beach club and couldn’t be happier with ambiance, food and service. My server was David, such a delightful man, made me feel so welcomed and well taken care of. The fish he recommended was one of the best I ever tried. Very interesting design of the place, great music and of course the beautiful Caribbean Sea is the stage you can’t take your eyes off of! I come to Tulum often and this beach club is in my top 3 to visit when I’m here. Thank you Hotel Panamera team, keep doing the great job you’re doing!

This place is a breath of fresh air and an oasis of peace and beauty in the otherwise 'loud' Tulum. The category 3 rooms (the best) are absolutely fantastic. They offer a sea and beach view, a spacious balcony, and plenty of room. The staff is friendly, and there are many spots where you can spend your time.

We loved our time at Hotel Panamera! The staff was excellent and so was the property. We did the beach club one day, dinner at night and breakfast one morning. Each time the food was impeccable and the experience was 5 stars. It’s by far our favorite spot in Tulum!

Amazing service everyone was so nice!! The food was so delicious and the place was magnificent. So pretty and picture perfect. Was able to also do breath work and an ice bath while I was here! Most magical and amazing experience highly recommend to anyone.

The best service eve. Davi was the best one. I love the food. And the environment was very fun. The drink was very good. Very good view. It was a very good experience you having too long. I will go back for sure. The best place in town. I’ll go back. I love it

Panama beach club was such a phenomal and relaxing experience. The service staff were incredible (special shout out to David who went above and beyond!) we appreciated having the most comfortable beach beds for the whole day for a very reasonable minimum spend, we spent the whole day there! Food was delicious, the cocktails were fresh, was a great way to spend the day with great atmosphere and relaxing music.

After having bad luck with the seaweed plague on Isla Holbox, we returned early to Tulum to the Panamera. We had previously stayed there for a day as day guests and were immediately impressed by the beautiful resort. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and immediately felt at home. Special praise goes to the two courteous young men at reception, who were always available via WhatsApp and always supported us. For example, we had a room facing the street on the first night and couldn't sleep very well, but we were allowed to change rooms the very next day. The food and the service in the restaurant are also excellent and the entire complex is extremely well maintained. In addition, the beach area is beautiful, the pool and garden area are a little paradise and you can also retreat here wonderfully when it's windy. We would definitely come back again.

Alberto and Juan are the best servers and the hotel is superior and everyone takes great care of everything. It doesn’t get any better in Tulum. Highly recommended hotel and restaurant. Great music and the DJ was on top of things. Good vibes all around
