The resort from outside looks very nice, but that all what I can say nice thing about this place. The beach side very poor, too far to walk. Transportation inside hotels almost not existed. Food less then average. The specialist restaurants almost not eatable. All together less then average, I would definitely never come back to this resort…

We stayed in a large group of 9 for 9 days, the staff were able to accommodate us all into the same villa, and the villa of our preference. The property is quite large, we stayed in Coba which is the cheapest, there is some walking but the furthest walk for us was the beach and it was usually only about 6-8 min walk. They do also have trams that come around for those who prefer that, I actually liked the walking. There is tons of wildlife on the resort but they all keep to themselves and are quite lovely to watch. The rooms were nice and well kept. Like I said we had many families in the same villa and would often go back to our rooms to shower and get ready at the same time. There was no shortage of hot water at any time which I was pleasantly surprised by. There is lots to do on the resort and many excursions near by that are easy to arrange. The buffet is huge and has a great selection, we never went hungry. I am vegetarian and we also had someone who was gluten free and the options were great. We were never stuck eating the same things every day.
My one huge downfall to this resort is that there are no smoking designated areas. So people will smoke anywhere on the resort, often on paths walking or during outdoor shows or even on the beach and at the pool. Leaving their cigarette butts around as well. It's quite disgusting for a nonsmoker and for a family oriented resort with children around.

The staff were eager to please and worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable! It was easy to walk to the dining rooms and special shows. The pools were lovely and ideal for families of all ages. We particularly enjoyed the Origin show! Cost a little extra but well worth it!

Refrigerator do not work, upon asking. Told us to wait till tomorrow. How come kids milk stay iut? Wth man!

This hotel was really nice and affordable! Most staff were very friendly and super attentive. The only thing that I would say needs work is the mattress it’s kind of hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also there was no room service which is weird because all inclusive hotels are supposed to have room service. Another thing was in the restaurants you weren’t allowed to take any food out back to your room which was another downside. Other than that it was all really beautiful there were a lot of different animals on the resort, it felt safe which is super important to me. Overall, I think I would go back again.

I did find the property visually pleasing.
We didn't have the greatest experience for the following reasons;
1- The staff is really great to you when you just arrive then completely forget or ignore you.
2- The food is not that great.
3- There's only a 3 a la carte reservation per week.
4- The drinks were terrible, way too sugary.
5- People smoke everywhere, even around the non smoking area.
6- Entertainment was not that great. There are shows at night which aren't super good but they are entertaining, but the activities throughout the day are boring.
Overall, this was not a bad vacation spot, but far from a great one. It really feels like they focus on their VIP and luxury guess a lot more than the average.

I bought the access to the other resorts having never stayed at coba which is off the beach and there was no need coba was great. The entertainment team was the best I have ever seen they made everyday great
