I really didn't know what to expect I had never heard of the hotel before but it was extremely nice. From the lobby smelling exceptionally good to the staff that was very nice helpful and friendly and the hotel is just fresh and clean and the room is soft and comfortable. I will definitely be staying there again

Construction next door did not interfere with a great stay. Excellent management is apparent at every turn at this hotel.

Very clean feel from the minute you walk in, also very friendly staff whose name Erica, I will definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m visiting again

The property opened in August. It is a beautiful and well cared for hotel, you can tell that everyone cares about the hotel and it' guests.The staff is incredible and have been very helpful to me when I have been facing horrible problems with VRBO rental.
It's also conveniently located, with a gas
station/convienent store in almost their parking lot.Super Walmart across street. Lots of local restaurants. Easy door dash deliveries.They are very accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel!

Really enjoyed our time at WaterWalk in Tucson. The hotel itself is amazing, very modern, spacious rooms with kitchens and comfortable beds. The price was a bit high but I understand there was a huge gem and mineral show the weekend we were there. Still totally worth it. The location is convenient, with stores, restaurants and coffee shops all right across the street, easy access to the highway, and just a 10 minute drive to downtown Tucson! The staff was friendly and gave us restaurant and activity recommendations as we had never been to Tucson before Great experience all around! Only downside was that it was a bit noisy given its proximity to the highway, but that’s a minor inconvenience compared to the benefits.

Hotels was very nice and clean. Staff was very nice only thing bad is I asked if I could check out at 12 and the man didn’t let me do it so I had to get up and leave at dinner but overall hotel was very nice and clean..

The only disapointment was there was no water available. By the name we were prepared to take a stroll on a river or walk by a lake.
Otherwise, excellent!
