The hotel was a glamorous stay right in the heart of Toronto. There’s a feeling of old luxury in the rooms and the lobby. The room had been renovated recently but they’re much smaller than newer hotels and only just fits a couple and luggage. The amenities were good, and we used the small sauna and steam room. Everything about the hotel was great despite being so compact. The toiletries provided were by Le Labo, but the scent is very strong and can be overpowering for some if you don’t bring your own.

Great clean hotel. Great customer service just disappointed that the mens and ladies steam rooms were both out of service.

Room was clean, staff upgraded the room for us free of charge. Stay was pleasant. Hotel itself is beautiful and so lively. The location is perfect.

Nice place

There was no offer to assist us with the luggage and we had to use stairs. Reception was very friendly and gave a quiet room as requested. However the room is far away from the gym and pool. Room is nice but small. The down side of our trip was the room service that did the beds but did not clean up the bar and there was no conditioner top up throughout the stay. Requesting refill etc was quite disruptive to our evening as the staff could not fulfil the requested properly without multiple visits. They have a nice luggage room and allow guest to keep their belongings safely. Generally we had a better experience at the Fairmont in Montréal.

It was lovely to complete out trip using Via Rail, to roll across the street and there it was. It was a relaxed, lovely 5 days we spent at the Fairmont. Great swimming pool, the cleaners were lovely and efficient. Didn't eat there but so many places nearby for us to access. Finished our 3 week week trip through Canada with great style

The location is really convinient and the breakfast is good

Hotel was close to amenities. Easy to get to different parts of Toronto as it is close to the train stations. Fuss free.
