I would say this hotel is in good location, 3 mins walk to metro station. Room is clean but a bit dark during the night. Additional lighting in living that would be great. Staff is friendly.

Very clean, room was as shown in the hotel photos Receptionist can speak English but the standard varies since these are student temp workers. Girl that attended to us on Day 1 was fantastic but on Day 2 our towels weren’t topped up and the guy manning the front closed up early (10.30 instead of 11pm) so we were left without fresh towels Railing at staircase/lift landing area has really wide gaps

we were not informed during booking kids age 3 and below stays for free, as my kids were 5 and 10, as i only included 4 adults, i have to pay more for them kids even though we booked a room big enough for 6 people, train and convenience store are nearby but train station is quite far from the city, cleaner didn’t clean enough the room every 2 days

It was a great experience staying in this cozy hotel. My kids enjoying the warm service from the hotel staffs especially the cheerful guy named Yu. Spacious room, near to train station, helpful hotel staff. I really can’t find any reason that this hotel doesn’t deserve a full star rating.

The room is good design,minimal, big size and comfortable,suitable for families with kids.The Air-Con and heaters are perfect, we felt warm and cozy while we stayed.The staffs are so kind, friendly and lovely. The location is nice, not to busy but nearby the subway station, and have elevator to subway for baby stroller at A3 Exit.(Very good) We are really happy and love this place.

spacious rooms w new facilities. clean and neat. feels like japanese house , tatami mat with washing machine & cooker. no bathtub but it's ok for us. about 200m from Morishita station which have 5 exits , exit A3 with lift. easy access with shinjuku & toei metro line . highly recommended especially for family or groups.

房間很大，乾淨整潔，前台美女服務非常謙卑大方有利體貼周到，開始不會開熱水，拖鞋進來給我們打開，有問必答，回答還很細緻入微，酒店門口就可以吸煙，對於吸煙的人來説，完美，周邊小的，大的超市很多，非常方便，地鐵很近，這個是我日本住的最舒服最方便，最有回憶的酒店

コンサートで友達と5人で泊まるために予約しました。 ベットと敷布団合わせて人数分あったのでここにしました。駅もコンビニも近くにあったので便利でした。トイレとお風呂が一つしかないのでお風呂は混雑するかもです。一回にお菓子やスティックタイプのカフェラテが置いてあったり嬉しかったです。

위치가 아주 좋았습니다. 동경역에서 멀지 않고 지하철 2개 노선이 가까이 있어 이동이 편리했어요. 지하철이 도쿄의 중심가를 쉽게 갈수 있어서 도쿄를 둘러보는 목적이라면 최고의 위치라고 생각합니다. 202호 배정 받았는데 4인 가족이 머물기에 충분한 공간으로 침대가 4개에 다다미방이 따로 있어 여유러웠습니다. 청소나 위생 상태도 좋았고 시설도 충분히 좋았습니다. 5일 숙박을 하면서 두번 청소를 해주고 수건도 넉넉히 받았습니다. 아주 만족스러운 여행이었습니다. 다음에 다시 도쿄 여행을 간다면 다시 방문하고 싶을 정도로 편안한 곳입니다. 특히 숙소가 위치한 동네가 아늑하고 조용한곳이어서... 편안히 쉬는 기분이 들었고 너무 마음에 들었습니다. 차분해져서 좋아요. 감사합니다. 立地がとても良く、東京駅からも近く、地下鉄2路線が徒歩圏内にあり移動がとても便利でした。 地下鉄を利用すれば東京の主要エリアへ簡単にアクセスできるので、観光目的の方には最高のロケーションだと思います。 宿泊した202号室は、4人家族でも十分な広さがあり、ベッド4台に加えて畳の部屋もあり、ゆったりと過ごせました。清掃や衛生面も行き届いており、設備も充実していました。 5泊の滞在中に2回の清掃があり、タオルもたっぷり用意していただき、とても快適に過ごせました。 次回東京を訪れる際も、ぜひまた利用したいと思える宿です。 特に宿周辺は落ち着いた静かな雰囲気で、心からくつろぐことができました。とても気に入りました。ありがとうございました。

酒店位置距離地鐵站大概5分鐘路程，出入不同區域也都很方便，附近環境也安靜，這點已經很滿意了。 一到達的時候酒店職員很親切且詳盡地向我們介紹了房間內的設備與用法，並且提供小吃和洗衣粉等等，態度很友善。 房間內環境也很好，乾淨整潔，有電磁爐、洗衣機、風筒等提供，很適合家庭旅遊，很滿意。 如果有機會家庭再來東京的話會再來訂的：）

十分整潔乾淨，空間感十足，廚房用具齊備，鍋，煎pan，碗，食具都有 。沖涼房是乾濕分離，有大鏡和長枱可以放置物品，燈光足夠 。

東京來說酒店房間算大，床也多，適合一班朋友或家庭入住，附近有便利店、商場及食肆，交通便利，去其他地方也算方便。

非常好的酒店，價格，房間乾淨和位置都很理想。以後還會再來住這裡。
