This hotel is the perfect place to stay! It's conveniently located near everything you might need, including markets and shops. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Plus, it's within walking distance to the bustling Kimyong Market, which is great for picking up local goods and souvenirs. The convenience, combined with the great amenities and welcoming atmosphere, really made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great spot in the area!

Easy to go kim yong market and lee garden in walking distance.

It was an ok experience. Hotel was under renovation, so that wasn't so convenient. They don't provide Toothbrush. And the soap is just a bar soap. Manage your expectations. Overall the location was good, room was ok.

nice stay...just walking distance from hatyai train station, kaitod meena, kai yong market,lee garden n so much more. 2 connecting room is big enough to accomodate 5 people

The room was large. The sheets were clean and presentable. The washroom looked a little run down. Generally looks acceptable

the room is clean and comfortable. no iron cloth prepared, only have pressing charges. the staff not friendly and slow-services. amenities also didnt enough or as good as what you paid for. overall is 3/5. the extra pros is because of location

My experience at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. On the first day, the staff accused me of causing a wet bed due to my baby’s pee and insisted that it couldn’t be cleaned, claiming the bed needed to be thrown away. They demanded an immediate payment of 1,500 baht as compensation. Hotel should reasonably expect certain types of minor incidents, like a baby’s pee, especially if they market themselves as FAMILY-FRIENDLY. This type of incident could be seen as part of normal wear and tear. When I checked out, I asked the receptionist to provide proof that the bed had been removed from my room and replaced with a new one. However, they couldn’t provide any evidence or CCTV footage to support their claim. Instead, when I persisted in asking for proof, they suspiciously offered me a discount on the compensation I had already paid. A charge of 1,500 baht for a situation that could be resolved with cleaning seems excessive. Hotel should also communicate such policies clearly during booking or check-in. Families and other travelers should be extremely cautious about staying here. Their unfair deposit policies and dishonest practices can ruin your trip. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families looking for a hassle-free experience.

- Lobby floor is newly renovated. - The room exactly same as photo shown old school design no surprise for that. - The aircond not functioning well during midnight. - Rainshower in the room is rusty yet the room still clean and neat. - Staff are friendly and helpful - overall downside is the room design and lightning

everything was good except no iron.next time need to bring travel iron when visit here.definately will come back.
