First of all, our hotel's rating as a 4-star complex is based on standardized criteria and services provided. The photos and descriptions of our rooms online are accurate and represent reality. I'm sorry if the suite did not meet expectations, but there was no misrepresentation in the photos or the size. Regarding the kitchen equipment, no such report was made during your stay to complete the equipment. Regarding the water pressure, we recognise it was part of a broader challenge on the island during the busy summer months, often just for a few hours. The good news is that the water provider has upgraded the system significantly. While things are much improved, it’s true that on small islands like ours, water pressure can occasionally dip. We're always on hand to manage these rare instances and minimise inconvenience. Despite these issues, we understand your dissatisfaction. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a refund, even though our cancellation policy, which you accepted upon booking, does not require us to do so. Given the circumstances, this was a fair resolution. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we appreciate your understanding. Please know that our commitment is unwavering, and we always strive to provide our guests with the best possible experience. We deeply regret that this was not achieved during your stay.
