Extremely lovely place with very good amenities & good location! Lots of food nearby as well. One of the best breakfast we had in Japan! Rooms were big n spacious too, highly recommended!

Hotel was clean and good. Many amenities such as the lounge, where you can have free drinks and snacks. Breakfast spread was big and delicious.

Love the free flow drinks with alcohol in a beautiful cafe in this Ryokan! The public bath is great too!

Amazing food service for breakfast and dinner. I loved the relaxing bar area. The room needed a more modern and renewal touch.

Love this place, apparently the breakfast buffet won some award! Of course, since it is free flow sashimi and much more. A lot of locals with only a handful foreigners but no problems if you don’t speak Japanese. There is outdoor onsen which is so cool.

After checking out, we wanted to go to the bar just for a glass of water. A female staff member very rudely stopped us, saying that the bar was only for guests who had checked in and that we couldn't enter after checking out. I understand that this is the hotel's policy, and we got out immediately after being stopped. However, the attitude of this staff member was very unfriendly. As foreigners, we are not familiar with every rule in Japan, and her demeanor made us feel very uncomfortable. Moreover, her exact words were, “あなたはもうチェックアウトしてるでしょ、ここはチェックインしてるお客様しか使えない,” which implies that once I've checked out, I'm no longer a guest. She referred to me as あなた, and although my Japanese is not perfect, I am well aware that this term is considered quite impolite in Japanese.

剛剛入住酒店時感覺有股硫磺味兒，對氣味敏感的慎選，房間有點年代，酒店的亮點是晚餐，滿多海鮮，生魚片、甜蝦、長腳蟹自由

雖然酒店不新 房間不大 但 是勝在餐食夠頂啊！真的有點意外 酒店有一個免費的Lounge區域，在温泉上方，提高一些飲料，晚上還有餅乾 房間內硫磺味滿足的，但温泉並沒有太多的硫磺味，也挺奇怪的 總之，吃得不錯，性價比高！

房間大小還算可以，温泉和房間設施老舊了點，去泡温泉一定要記得拿房間毛巾，温泉不提供毛巾，或者問前台拿，這點和熱海伊豆有點區別。早餐和晚餐非常好，非吃飯時間酒店還提供免費暢飲區域，一定要定一泊二食，附近沒啥吃的，切記！

酒店位置很好，處於溫泉市街，離便利店很近，而且酒店對面就有一家烤羊肉餐廳和一家湯咖喱餐廳(湯咖喱餐廳晚上是bar)。就是溫泉設施比本館差很多的感覺，雖然比本館多了桑拿房，而且就處於川湯溫泉的泉源地。但是感覺男湯的露天溫泉水，是死水，從泡澡開始20分鐘就沒聽見流水聲。明明大堂和設備都要比本館好，因為房間內有空調而本館的房間沒有。但是露天溫泉有點讓人失望。

北海道之旅的第一站，為了看天鵝住在這裏。到湯川温泉鎮上已經快七點了，搭乘火車站門口akan巴士可以到小鎮。注意在郵局門口下車，直接對着的不是這家！是老店。我們的這是別邸，在相撲博物館下車離的最近。 別邸裝修很有調調，我迷路時在鎮上轉來着，看了好幾家温泉酒店，忍冬別邸在鎮上也算數一數二的了。 晚餐自助，海鮮和生魚片含量都還可以。價格也是不低，看自己的選擇吧。 表揚前台接待的小夥子，態度好，很熱心，有求必應。幫我預訂了出租車，還幫助我聯繫預訂好的活動公司。對面還有一家豬肉飯很好吃的小店。

很驚喜的房間，好大好漂亮，孩子們玩起來捉迷藏，沒想到在這樣寂靜的小鎮上還能住上這樣的酒店。酒店的温泉光線有點暗，稍微有些陳舊。

酒店位於巴士終點站附近，房間設施略顯陳舊整體還算整潔，室外溫泉較小。非旅游季附近可游玩内容極少，相關配套設施欠缺，需慎重考慮。

本館和別邸很容易找錯，導航如果用攜程的電話搜尋地址會帶到本館，這點請開車的朋友留意。 房間的床不好睡，感覺不太穩固；湯池還不錯，早晚餐豐富多樣，是最大賣點。
