Great hotel, great location, great team! We celebrated our anniversary and felt like a royal couple thanks to the wonderful team. Special thanks to Mazal, Guy, Janice and Marry-Ann but not only. They are all wonderful. We will be back shortly.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express our disappointment with the service we received at the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv during our recent visit. As international guests, we had high expectations for a seamless and comfortable experience, but unfortunately, our encounter fell short of these expectations. Our group consisted of ten people, and we dined at the Manara Restaurant within the Sheraton Hotel. Following our meal, we approached the Hotel receptionist/concierge to request assistance in ordering taxis to transport us back to our respective hotels. Regrettably, our request was met with a refusal to help us arrange transportation. The receptionist suggested that we use a local taxi app, which posed a challenge as international visitors without access to the app. Despite our explanation, we were met with further reluctance to assist us in organizing taxis. Consequently, we were left with no alternative but to venture outside the hotel to hail taxis on the street. This experience was far from the level of service we anticipated at a renowned establishment like the Sheraton Hotel in Tel Aviv. It was, in fact, the worst experience we have encountered during our travels. We believe that a five-star hotel should consistently provide exceptional service to its guests, and we were disheartened to find that this was not the case during our stay at the Sheraton. We hope that our feedback will prompt improvements in customer service and ensure that future guests do not encounter similar difficulties. We trust that you will take our feedback into consideration to maintain the reputation of the Sheraton Hotel as a premier destination for international travelers.

It starts with Henri Levy and it ends with everyone else working in the hotel to make the stay fantastic. Henri is incredible. He helped us get sorted out with everything we needed. The hotel itself, 5 star++. Great service, rooms, food, pool, beach access, gym and spa. Thank you Henri and everyone else for doing what you do. Hope to visit again soon!

The hotel is fully updated, the service is fantastic, the rooms spacious and comfortable - as a many-times- business traveler over many years to Israel, this was perhaps my best hotel experience. No complaints. Also- 1st class business lounge.

Stayed with my family for the weekend at the Sheraton Tel Aviv. Hotel is literally right across the street from the beach in an amazing location. Beach has a great vibe and tons of people hanging out, playing volleyball and soccer and just having fun. Hotel amenities were great, especially the club lounge perk as a Platinum member. There was food in the lounge all day long and it even included a scaled down, yet still significant version of the amazing full buffet downstairs. Rooms were recently redone and the entire staff was super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a centrally located, top notch hotel.

We spent there 2 nights and three days. great hotel with a great location in tel aviv. big rooms, everything is very clean. the food is very good and the staf is so nice, specially Ira and Henri. We will definitely go back there . Thank you very much !

We arrived at the Sheraton Tel-Aviv on May 7th, 2024, for a 14-night stay. We were welcomed warmly by Henri at the front desk, and he directed us to the Club Lounge level on the 18th floor. Mazal the Club Lounge manager greeted us with big hugs. We have been a frequent visitor to the Sheraton Tel-Aviv on every trip to Israel since 2007. We stayed on the 19th floor with a room looking toward Jaffa. The entire staff at the Club Lounge level was very professional and made our stay one of the best, although the war in Gaza was raging on during our stay. The food at the lounge level was superb and exceeded our expectations. The great breakfast and dinner prepared by chefs Alexander and Lilach were delightful. The service by the entire staff including Guy, Adan, Elana, Janice and Mary Ann was excellent.

I want to thank and give my upmost to the hospitality. Especially, thank you very much to Vered, to Guy and Mazal and Mary Ann who hosted us to the highest level. It is the best hotel in Tel Aviv. The best service 5 stars. I will return to Sheraton for pleasure and enjoy with my family and friends. Thank you.

The Sheraton Grand Tel Aviv is my favorite hotel in TLV. It has a great location. You can walk to the beach and to many local restaurants. The Concierge Lounge has convenient hours, great beverage's and food. The staff in the lounge is superb. Anastassiya, Adan, Janice, Mazal, Elana and Guy are very professional and helpful. Wonderful experience!

Every time I stay at this hotel, I’m always greeted with a friendly face. The hotel is beautiful very close to the beach, rooms are always neat and tidy(thank you Elena). View is always amazing from any balcony. But, now the best for last. Club Lounge access is one of a kind. The attention, service, and kindness that you receive from the staff starting with; Aden, Mazal, Helena, and Anastasia is top notch. Sheraton whoever is doing the hiring job well done.

Without a doubt, one of the nicest Marriott properties at which I have ever stayed. Due to some unforeseen business complications we ended up staying longer than we had planned. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our extensions. It was clear they were glad to have us. While all the staff were polite, professional and accommodating, there are three individuals that I feel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Guy ~ a wealth of information and the consummate professional. Whatever we needed, he was glad to move quickly to accommodate our needs. Anastassiya ~ there is absolutely nothing this young lady cannot do. While we were there, she ended up wearing 'three different hats'. Whether it was concierge responsibilities, customer service, or just plain server/busser in the food/drink area, she excelled. She should be the hotel manager! Adan ~ 'attention to detail' describes this young man to a 'T'. While we were visiting, he was always doing something to improve the area in which he was working. That said, he was never too busy to stop and help the guests politely and professionally. These three employees reflect credit upon themselves and Marriott. Marriott should be very grateful to have them in their employ.
