For a hotel which was rated at 4 stars, the rooms lacked a/c, a refrigerator, a heater, a kettle and extra blankets. When i asked for some ice, i was told there was none available, only hot water. I wouldn't return to stay there again.

El hotel en general es bueno ya que está muy cerca del zócalo el cuarto es algo pequeño pero nada que lo arruine la regadera está muy bien el hotel está nuevo y el desayuno es bueno está muy bien lo único malo fue que el recepcionista le dio mi misma habitación a otra persona y abrió y fue incomodo y molesto y curiosamente quien se la dio era el empleado del mes fuera de eso todo bien volvería a esta hotel por su precio su ubicación y el desayuno

Hotel bien ubicado y de bonito diseño. Ideal para poder visitar la ciudad y poder descansar. El desayuno está bien aunque la zona de comedor es pequeña. El personal es servicial y amable. Las habitaciones son de tamaño muy justo sin espacio apenas para dejar las cosas básicas. El lavabo queda dentro y resulta incómodo. Muchas habitaciones tienen ventana solo en el baño Ningún inconveniente es relevante como para no recomendar alojarse en este hotel.

This hotel is a really good option if you’re visiting the Dowtown of Mexico city. The ubication is in a main street and there’s a lot of restaurants, bars, museums, cultural centers around. The staff is really friendly and the breakfast is enough, tasty and easy to take

Very good price quality ratio. Clean room, staff very polite and professional! Very close to city center, roof top and gym. Room is in minimalist style, essential but filled with all necessities. Highly recommended!

First thing make sure you book with ******* or another app. The hotel “hostel” will charge you anywhere from $1300-$1900 pesos for each night. What is the most upsetting is that some rooms have air-conditioners some rooms don’t have it super hot in some rooms super cold and some other ones. Some rooms have maybe an extra hundred square foot and some rooms are so tiny you can’t even walk next to the bed. I will never stay at this hotel again called when it should never be a hotel and should be a hostel. 1 star
