I like how close the area is to stores and places I needed to go. The only thing I dislike the most was the ac/mini split on my room making noise that was made it hard to sleep.

The breakfast tasted horrible, burnt beans for 2 days then ran out of food and the lady took so long to bring more food out, front desk very rude didn't even said welcome or how can I help you. The TV no clear channels all had static, no king size beds towels were not white they were fealthy beige and management doesn't care to fix any problems, so sad management doesn't care.

To many people loittering around and drinking alcohol. Car alarm setting on every couple hours keep me awake did not rest properly

Noisy air conditioner, elevator button did not work (to go down from 5th Floor), staff let all the ice be taken for an event and left us with nonice for a couple of hours.

The room was so dirty and has fly all over the bathroom, we have to change room twice
My wife got sick during the trip
We are still in Mexico but in recovery house

Water kept turning off, we had to wait almost a whole hour for the water to turn on so we could shower.

Horrible check in wait... over booked and took about 2 and a half hours. Internet was down and key cards didnt work

First City Express I stay at that is not up to standard, not well preserved, pillows are hard as rocks, towels old, broken sink, etc.
