Just like the economy of the world, we sometimes have to take steps that are not the most popular or liked. Unfortunately, inflation accompanies us on a daily basis - different partners and service providers raise their prices in response to the world situation and so, unfortunately, we too have to take these steps along with them. Up to your last stay - we were able to offer you a very generous discount and we always upgraded you to a Business room for free. That's because you've been a long-term guest and we've always wanted to surprise you. Unfortunately, we really can't offer you such a special rate for the summer as we usually do, but as we wrote to you, your special rate would have been valid again in autumn.
