We spent 3 unforgettable nights at the Sanya Yalong Bay Palace Resort, and our experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The rooms were impeccably clean and matched the photos exactly. The view from our room was simply breathtaking – definitely a highlight of our stay. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thanks to Pan Pan (潘潘) for her outstanding care and attention to detail throughout our stay. The small surprise gifts were such a sweet and personal touch that we truly appreciated. The breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious. We also had dinner once at the Ocean Restaurant – the food was incredibly tasty! The resort's location is fantastic: it’s very close to the beach and right across from restaurants and shopping areas, making it very convenient to explore nearby. Although the pools were unfortunately unavailable due to typhoon damage before our arrival, the hotel handled the situation gracefully and offered a thoughtful alternative solution for guests. Overall, the resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a wonderful atmosphere. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future! I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach. My room was spacious, modern, and spotless, and the swimming pool was equally inviting. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks to Jailene for arranging my late checkout so smoothly. Highly recommended!

We stayed in a private-pool villa and absolutely loved it. Villa part of the hotel has its own lobby, bar and separate restaurant for breakfast, it's much better than the one in main lobby. The villa bar is delightfully cozy—comfortable seating, tasty long drinks and snacks, all at very reasonable prices. And our butler, Ken, was superb (available via WeChat), handling transfers, reservations and even extra towels, bathrobes, etc on demand. You can call a golf car via room's phone or WeChat and it will get you to the main lobby. The villa is spacious and the private pool is insanely great feature. There is also a jacuzzi in the jard, but it can only work as a hot bathtub.

The resort is close to the beach and has great facilities! We were very happy with the service from Alex. We will stay here again next time.

the hotel is amazing, everything is clean, location is great, 5 minutes walk to the beach. there are lots of things around, street food, some restaurants, park. the staff is very friendly, one day they brought fruits to our room, another day necklaces. we are very satisfied with our stay here. 酒店很棒，一切都很干净，位置很棒，步行 5 分钟即可到达海滩。周围有很多东西，街头小吃、一些餐馆、公园。工作人员非常友好，有一天他们把水果送到我们的房间，另一天送项链。我们对在这里的住宿非常满意。

We had a great time here. The staff is friendly. The buffet breakfast was great. The play area was fantastic. Our boy played there every day. The swimming pool was nice too. Also, old location. Near the beach and other points of interest. I highly recommend Palace Resort!

Our experience at this hotel was very good, especially because the butler assigned to us, Alex小杨, was very friendly and helpful.

The check-in experience was very good. My housekeeper alex served very well. The swimming pool in the hotel was large and the swimming pool in the room was clean. I chose the villa room. It's very beautiful. I will choose this hotel next time. It's suitable for bringing children or couples.

We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The resort is in need of some maintenance but the best part of the hotel is friendly dedicated staff who were all very friendly. Our dedicated staff member was Alex who I could easily message on WeChat for any assistance. Alex was attentive and noticed we like the free fruit plate so he made sure we got another one each day. Alex also easily helped us move to another room with better air conditioning and did not make us feel like we were causing any hassle. He also gave us a souvenir necklace before checking out which was greatly appreciated. The pool is separate for young children and adults which is good and they organise a pool bubble party which children and adults enjoyed. Overall there is a feeling that the resort and all staff are there you please you and would recommend it anyone looking for a great value resort.

The overall environment of the hotel is good, and the service is a great advantage. Compared with other rooms and villas, it is more cost-effective, which is why I chose this hotel. It is very suitable for vacation, and Alex, the housekeeper, has good service.
