The facilities are old and dirty, booked this cheap hotel as transit stay for scuba dive in similan, and I didnot book any activities from hotel. then the CREEPY owner sniffed around in your room door and blackmailed extra money 2000thb for smoking, with full mouth of dirty F*** words and detained my luggage for money when I checked out. Called the local police and went to the Khao lak police station for filing in mid-night with 3hrs. my first experience in such situation for traveling Thailand in almost 20 yrs. Anyway the Thai police are very polite and drove me back. After that I stayed in kokotel (900thb/nite) and seaview resort(3000thb/nite) in the beach front and way better than this small hostel. For the safe trip for single trvaller and be careful not booking this horrified and scammed hotel!

A room that did the job for a 1 night stay. Friendly staff and quite a bit cheaper than most of the other options in the area.

房間一般，但距離斯米蘭碼頭衹有十分鐘車程，直接可以多睡1到2小時，很不錯。沒電梯，要提着行路爬樓，旁邊很多吃的，價格不貴，隨便找了一家吃飯，也是不錯的。

非常的滿意，很和善的一家人開的，可以幫你定製旅遊，可以幫你訂 taxi，周邊有 7-11，商鋪，飯店。衹是去的時候記得帶上洗漱用品哦。

因為第二天想去斯米蘭島遊玩，看了一下攻略，住拷叻海灘這邊離碼頭很近，於是頭一天晚上下飛機以後就住這裏，第二天早上過去很方便，因為衹是睡一晚，所以住這裏的性價比簡直太高了

位置離攀牙潛水店很近很方便，房間乾淨後用，性價比很高。

This is a convenient and affordable hotel in the heart of Khao Lak. Easy walk (5 min) to the beach or to many restaurants. The staff was very helpful in arranging tours and transport. Spacious room and bath. Off-street location. Only "complaint" is that the cleaning folks kept wanting to give us bottled water - and we like to travel plastic-free, filling our own containers.

Beautiful and spacious rooms, clean, with a nice view of the north and east (can't see the sea). Extremely friendly staff who work hard, and very competitive rates in the area. It is close to 7-eleven, McDonalds, restaurants, and several dive shops and bus stops. Great location! Rakkawan Residence is one of the tallest buildings in Khao Lak.

Emplacement en ville, à proximité de tout, mais peu bruyant car en retrait. Chambre très spacieuse et literie très correcte. Petit déjeuner correct. Personnel Top : très aimable et serviable. Organise taxi et transfert à prix très correct. A proximité, petit bar sur le trottoir : je recommande cocktail top !!
