Hotel was clean and they even offered complimentary food as we were running the half marathon th next day so would miss breakfast!

The hotel has a nice and beautiful environment, the staff is very kind and many of them can communicate in English. We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. The breakfast also worth it. I was there with my family for Taihu Marathon, really close to the starting line.

Location is industrial and not many eateries nearby. Hotel staff service is excellent except the mini fridge bar is not working correctly.

The Hotel is quite new, very nice. I have asked for a late check-out at 2 pm which was no problem. It is always difficult to rate the location. It is far away from the citycenter but for my needs, it was very good, a 15 minutes walk to the subway. I did not have breakfast but dinner was good.

Just ok for a Hilton…The room and welcome cookies were nice, and it’s very clean and new. Breakfast was also adequate, with Chinese options and some mostly mediocre western options. Be warned, the location is super remote and located in an industry zone, with no restaurants or cafes nearby, so factor that into your travel plans…it takes at least 20 minutes by car to get to anywhere in central Suzhou.

房間符合期待，整潔衞生，工作日入住，人少且安靜。本次選擇了小火車主題房，小朋友很喜歡，所以幾乎沒有不滿意，可以改進的有兩個地方:1是房間的壁燈啊燈帶等燈無法關閉，需要關閉總電源才可，總電源不影響空調運行，這一點希望可以提前告知客户，像我這種有點i的人就會不想麻煩別人而自己狂找開關然後怎麼也找不到……2是衞生間的冷水龍頭，出現過不出冷水卻出熱水的情況，持續大約30分鐘，後來自行恢復，希望抽空檢查哦，燙到小朋友就糟糕啦！ 早餐當天我們的服務阿姨特別熱情，好評！還有要重點評價一下砂鍋粥檔的小哥哥，人帥心善100分呀！

這是蘇州性價比很高的酒店。房間很寬敞也很安靜，衞生間乾濕分離，早餐品種豐富，咖啡不錯，服務員態度熱情友好。青雅中餐廳菜品還不錯的，但是沙發太低了，不適合久坐。健身房和游泳池都很棒，但是這次沒來得及去享受一下。周邊的話，可以去同裏古鎮，坐車大約20分鐘。酒店離老市區有點遠，到山塘街大約45分鐘路程。
