Very nice hotel and good environment. Happy with the services provided by the hotel and good service from front desk and restaurant staff.

The hotel is perfectly located very close to the downtown area, near a big green park and a huge shopping mall. Classy architecture, comfortable beds in the spacious rooms.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Good variety of Chinese and western food in breakfast and in dinner buffet. Ms. Dou Qin Qin and Mr. Troy and in the restaurant speak good English and they were very helpful and supportive.

Housekeeping people are very nice. Huge hotel for attending the conference. The room is fine. Bed is comfortable. But it’s not very convenient, no restaurants, convenient stores, etc. nearby. Need to walk 20 mins to a mall. No clock in the room, the refrigerator is not cold, the weighing scale is old style, barely see the numbers.

是什麼樣的好運氣在濟南住到了我的人生酒店！ 首先裝修風格和設計理念精準踩在我的審美上，拍了上百張照片 設施：非常完善的設施，雀巢的咖啡機、戴森的吹風機、歐舒丹的全套洗護、SMEG的燒水壺、腿部按摩儀、智能馬桶、浴缸……還有健身房和游泳池，可以説應有盡有，完全能消除旅途中的疲憊，下次來濟南還要住這兒！ 衞生：超級乾淨，衞生角落乾淨沒有臟東西沒有灰灰 環境：很清幽的環境，距離千佛山很近，周圍綠樹環繞，非常漂亮 服務：如果滿分是100分，那麼他們的服務可以是200分！服務太好了，非常貼心，提前會打電話跟我確認到店時間，到酒店後巨幸運的黑我升級了房間，我土包子進城開眼界了。門僮禮賓小哥於學冰幫我們提行李箱一直送到房間門口，賓客關係主任王子涵 於佳平也一直盡心盡力幫我們解答問題，提供各種旅遊建議，整個居住體驗非常好！

該酒店所在位置位於山東會堂旁邊。酒店大廳寬敞明亮。觀光電梯很氣派。前廳部服務人員：任亭宇服務熱情主動，業務熟練，工作效率很高。酒店房間裏設施設備基本齊全，但佈局有些不太合理和不太方便之處：例如：洗漱台沒有掛毛巾的地方等。我們到時候正好濟南下着雨，酒店門口的車輛導航人員把我們的車子引導去地下車庫，但是地下車庫和酒店前台沒有連接的電梯，我們的車停在地下車庫裡，我們需要拿着行李從地下車庫坐電梯到地面上尋找酒店前台，從地下車庫電梯坐到地面，然後到酒店前台是必須露天步行過去，我們到時候正下着雨，我們需要自己拿着行李還需要打傘才能步行過去，我們衹能選擇淋雨走過去。雖然路程不是很遠但是對顧客而言非常不方便。尤其對老年人和小孩子。酒店的中餐廳服務熱情菜品味道不錯，但是住店客人吃飯也需要付款百分之十五的服務費。早餐花樣很多，有不少本地特色的食品。
