If your English do not go ther vile full ov eastern arrogant Europeans I told them we're 2 go like😆👊🇬🇧 was the only English person in the hotel staff were nice tho ! Bulgaria is good place!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would not go to this hotel again even if it was free I went here 21st of September it was £330 all inclusive there was 11 of us all together I’m not here to moan about the food or how the hotel looked the slides was closed the kids club was closed we had 3 children with us and my disabled daughter day 3 we started to spend our time at the beach as we felt so uncomfortable at the hotel there was 2 other families but as the days went on there was us lot and the odd people and felt like they couldn’t wait for us to go one morning came down in the lift with my daughter and the floor was absolutely drenched and about 7 cleaners scrubbing the full reception area which I though was really bad as they could of waited for us to go or done it at a different time seen as they had seen me pushing the wheelchair since I got there and then they was stacking tables chairs and moving the sun loungers so only a few was left out we was all saying we would arrive back to the hotel one night and we won’t have a mattress on the bed it was starting to feel quite bad but then on the last day we got approached by a taxie man who was based outside the hotel he said we was having to leave at 8 at night and would take us to restaurant up in the hills and would take up all to the airport from there but we didn’t need to leave for the airport till 11 at night so we told him no thank you we’re leaving for airport at 11 which he replied they are closing at 8 though so I said well no they can’t we have kids and will have no where to go they can’t do that then he shouted the the man on the reception outside and said what time are you closing and he replied 8 which then I said i want to speak to a manager because you can’t do that I have a daughter in a wheelchair all the suitcases and had my other two children with me he walked off when my partner spoke to him he said ok not a problem but it was quite clear he wanted to close the hotel down at 8 and was trying to get the taxie man to have us out by offering to take us out for food they also stopped the all inclusive at 2 o’clock so we had to eat out they also turned the hot water off in the morning no one could get a wash or shower and when we came back after eating out we was making sure we had everything packed at this time it was 7.30 and they turned the electric off so it was pitch black in the hallways so when we came out our room the only light we got was from the lift I took videos of this as I have complained to on the beach because I wouldn’t want another family to go through what we did I couldn’t wait to get out this hotel and if they wanted to close so bad they shouldn’t of took the booking we walked past lots of hotels and they had a much better vibe then ours also playing music through the day for children entertainment we had none of that and it didn’t say the slides and entertainment wouldn’t be on so just be warned when you go from the 20th September the hotel is like a morgue and how they can just stop all in

I really don't, know where to start my review! It was the worst holiday! Food îs terrible, in the room smells like mold,very dirty ,very old ! Trust me everything îs dirty ,you canotaj find a clean plate to eat,clean cup to drink some coffee! Do not come here!

Great location, beach view only 2 mins walk to beach, surrounded by shops Food - ok, we didn’t starve but constant queue for food and waiting for tables to sit at Drinks - plenty and whatever you want until 10pm Staff - very nice and friendly Entertainment - none, entertain yourself! Rooms - Basic but very clean Pool - lovely, and great slides open until 4.30pm everyday Sunbeds - plenty to go around Extras - on arrival, given food and water packed for each guest complimentary. Rooms available for late check out at a little extra cost The staff will try their best to accommodate everyone even without being asked. The holidaymakers that were at the hotel were mostly/all Eastern European so not very friendly towards English speaking.

I would avoid this hotel if you British. The food is not very good not hot, not enough people over fill there plates and then leave 1/2 it and staff didn't say anything to them. when it says you be charge but dont do it. The food waste is really bad. They need two seating times. The bar closes at 10pm so after that your out of luck, Bar staff are rude. The best thing about this place is really clean all round, cleaners and reception staff really friendly. we was all inclusive but after first morning never eat here. I will not be returning here..

Just recently returned from staying at this hotel, there was six of us in total. We had all booked inclusive, so was expecting decent food so what a let down when we found that this hotel catered more for European and Eastern European people. We had breakfast one day and the food was cold, this was the same on all meals, you had to go early as if you went down after 9am there was very limited choice. This was the same on all meal times. The staff had very limited English, our room was only cleaned every other day. The shower worked perfect but bathroom would get flooded as shower tray was slow going down the drain. There was no kettle in room o and this a must if you enjoy first drink in morning or last thing at night. The hotel bar closed at 10pm every night. No decent activities during the day. Pool area was kept clean and tidy. As one member of our group kept highlighting it was only a 3 star hotel, in my opinion did not deserve this. Would I visit this hotel again one word NO. I recommend that English couples and families avoid this hotel like the plague.

The hotel was dated but clean, the pool and slides were good. However, that's where it ends. 2 sets of toilets, also used by the staff. 1 set was closed at night and the other set was outside the restaurant. But, when the restaurant closed the doors you had to walk from the back of the hotel to the front and walk past reception to access. it rained one day and the pool bar was the only thing open. Unfortunately the staff took down the umbrellas so you had to walk around the pool in the rain and then had nowhere to sit without getting wet. The shower was blocked and despite the "handyman" checking it wasn't resolved, so a shower became a dangerous thing with water leaking all over the floor. The bathroom light was only fixed when we complained the third time and refused to leave reception until it was done. The food was nasty and cold and after living on boiled eggs and toast we started to eat out. Entertainment was a laptop and a speaker, but as the wi-fi kept gong off the music was interrupted frequently. A couple of the staff were friendly but most were ignorant and miserable, and it wasn't because they couldn't understand us, they could. I could go on. Suffice it to say, Sunny Beach is great, the bars were good but the hotel? Nope. Never going there again

A very good basic+ hotel,cheap.very clean,at 1-5 minute walk to beach,shops,restaurants,bars,in the middle of action.The food are OK,bars are good,the hotel staff is very polite and kind.Hot water comes at 7 am.

Knew when booked it’s was dated hotel & 3* … Room clean & ok… no flat screen tv as advertised portable tv 🤣 but coped with that.. Staff rude not approachable 👎food cold .. We were all inclusive ate at hotel twice.. Do not cater for British .. enjoyed Bulgaria but would never return to this hotel/ country

Food … shocking Staff …. Shocking Rooms … shocking Iskar … shocking Seriously … shocking Some decent eating places around the hotel. Other than that I’ve nothing good to say about it. What a waste of money, time and effort to stay there. It needs to give its head a wobble!!!

Recently stayed at the iskar.. start with the room. We had a studio which was very spacious nice size balcony, small kitchen. Food.. can only describe it as slop. Even though all inclusive we ate out every day. Staff could be alot nicer, friendlier & more engaging we did try to have a laugh with them but got more laughs from the pigeon who popped on the balcony in the mornings. Staff did pop in to make the bed and empty the bin on a daily basis if u need anything wiping down etc then bring your pink stuff 👍. It's an older hotel which could do with a lot of repairs. On the plus side u are close to shops & restaurants. Taxi driver we used Raphael was great but u do need to haggle.

The hotel, although looked somewhat dated in its appearance, was very clean and tidy. Room was cleaned every day and beds sheets were changed . I encountered a problem after 3 days of staying with the door lock to enter my room. Possibly becoming worn out and needed replacing. I rang for assistance using telephone in room as was late in the evening and a gentlemen from reception came up to investigate. He told me that he would send someone but would be next day as was too late but I explained I can’t just leave door unlocked all night (just myself and daughter) and he replied saying it’s not like London here!!! However, with insistence a handyman did come in the end. Problems continued with the door lock unfortunately even by them squirting a load of WD40 into it. Swimming pool was cleaned daily and there were adequate loungers and umbrellas. In the restaurant, there was not always enough tables for the amount of people. There was a lot of food variety but not all of the dishes were labelled but some people from neighbouring countries seemed to know what the dishes were but for sure we didn’t. Some were clearly incorrectly labelled. Food was not piping hot and as a result I contracted food poisoning on day 3 which made me very ill indeed. I asked reception for some sick bags (little disposable bags)) and he laughed with his colleague which was not very sympathetic. Notably, only two young lady staff were excellent in their job roles and spoke excellent using English language and were very helpful. The rest seemed to not want accept any responsibility and use ‘brush off’ tactic, came across unhelpful, miserable unless you made first communication attempt otherwise you’ll get ignored. Same was out of the hotel with the local community unless you wanted to purchase something! Hotel is in a very good location with plenty of shops, entertainment, music, clubs, casinos and the lovely and stunning sandy beach within walking distance. Plenty to do day and evening.

We are a party of 12 ranging in ages 2yrs -60 yrs and arrived 11/08/2023. First impression is that the building is an eyesore and old fashioned, However.. Hotel and grounds are maintained daily, public areas are cleaned through the day although are a little tired. Bedrooms/bathrooms are basic but clean, bedding and towels were spotless. cleaning service every couple of days. Good water pressure in shower, always hot. Air conditioning in rooms is free and constant and very good. pool is large with easy access steps, water slides are manned by lifeguards 11am-4.30pm daily. surrounding pool tiles are very slippery!! Lots of sunloungers, cushions, tables and chairs. Childrens pool has a sunshade and slide. Pool bar serving hot, cold, alcoholic drinks, snacks and icelollies. Small playground next to pool, also a smaller pool around corner which is rarely used. Mini golf course, volleyball sand pitch, inflatable kids park(chargeable) reception is very helpful and swift to resolve issues, baggage room for late check out. free wifi throughout stay location is very good, 1 block to beach, 10 mins walk to strip, shops, road train and buggies, scooters etc on doorstep. Food is average and not always hot, however replenished continuously through service. Our party always found something to eat and we have some fussy eaters.the restaurant is too small for hotel and guests frequently queue to get in or find a table. Entertainment- day itinery by the pool, lots to do, However at night it stops after the kids disco.Bar remains open until 10pm. Staff work long,hot days and are not always perky and chatty however i did not find anyone rude or unhelpful. in summary i think this hotel has been given unjustified bad reviews. you get what you pay for here, and if you are looking for a good value budget hotel i would recommend it -but with realistic expectations of a 3 star hotel. i would 100% return to this hotel but not take the food option.

Where to start.... Clean hotel, rooms very dated no flatscreen tv as advertised but an old 80s box tv, WiFi is a joke doesn't work at all. The maids are seen in the lifts of a morning meaning if you need to use one of the 2 lifts it's impossible. Didn't receive any clean towel changes or bedding in the whole week we stayed. Had to take our own towels off a maid's trolley. The food is not good its cold and the choice is dire, feeding two children meant they only ate chips as food very much catered for different pallettes some looking more like slop from Oliver twist than recognisable as food. All Inclusive is restricted to times there is only a tiny selection of bread and cake through the day and it's outside round the pool on a trolley and it's first come gets the food. Ice lollies only available between 3pm and 5pm. Entertainment for kids is a joke it's pathetic seen one night of a staff member dressed as a pirate trying to charge extra to paint kids faces. If need to use the toilet whilst at the pool it's only 1 so always a queue and same again at the restaurant. Water slides again restricted to times only available 10.30-4.30 and of return to pool after a day at beach or an excurion they're not available, also the pool also closes at 6pm despite plenty of daylight and sunshine. Wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommend
