First of all, this is not a 5 star hotel! It is listed as a 5 ⭐ on many sites, but it is a 4 ⭐ hotel. Rooms are ok size, we had comfortable real double bed (not two single beds pretending to be double). Free mini bar and coffee machine was a great add on. But no slippers. Balcony in my room was too small, but some rooms have bigger balconies, so it depends on luck what you'll get. Location is ok, but not great. Close to the metro station with one line. To go anywhere you have to go to to Zoo station first.

Well appointed, but a walk to almost anything of use with the no shops and bars nearby. Facilities and service are excellent, and beds were comfortable in well appointed rooms.

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

Great room, great lobby, great service and definitely great location. They can improve on their breakfast variety daily if possible.

Thật không may, các phòng tiêu chuẩn đã khá lỗi thời, đặc biệt là phòng tắm. Đồ nội thất trông rất giống từ những năm 1980, với gương có dây ở lối vào. Tôi có cảm giác như đang ở trong phòng thay đồ. Căn hộ Rosenthal Residence nằm ở khu vực Rosenthaler Platz sôi động thuộc trung tâm Berlin. Vị trí rất thuận lợi, chỉ cách ga tàu điện ngầm Rosenthaler Platz 5 phút đi bộ, đảm bảo giao thông công cộng dễ dàng. Gần đó, bạn có thể tìm thấy vô số quán bar, phòng trưng bày nghệ thuật, nhà hàng và cửa hàng, khiến khu vực này trở nên vô cùng phong phú về tiện nghi. Nội thất căn hộ hiện đại và thoải mái, với các phòng rộng rãi và sáng sủa. Căn hộ được trang bị đầy đủ nhà bếp bao gồm lò vi sóng, tủ lạnh và máy pha cà phê, phù hợp cho cả lưu trú ngắn hạn và dài hạn. Các phòng được thiết kế trang nhã và có giường lò xo cỡ lớn thoải mái, mang đến trải nghiệm giấc ngủ tuyệt vời.
