Tìm Khách Sạn 4 Sao Tại Samarkand

Нас не смогли разместить в номере с двуспальной кроватью. Мы заселились ночью, около 2 часов ночи. Первый номер был с двумя раздельными кроватями. По словам сотрудника ресепшен, нету свободных номеров с двуспальной кроватью, но в 9 утра нас переселят в освободившийся номер с двуспальной кроватью. В 11 утра номер еще не освободился, но нам предложили оставить вещи рядом с ресепшен, чтобы по возвращению вечером мы заселились в освободившийся номер с двуспальной кроватью. Вечером нам дали ключ от номера, но в нём оказались две раздельных кровати. В итоге нас разместили в номере с двумя сдвинутыми односпальными кроватями (между кроватями был зазор).

Приехали поздно, очень быстро заселили. Номер соответствует фото. В номере есть тапочки, зубной набор , чай, кофе, вода, кондиционер. В холодильнике - кола, фанта. Завтрак приличный, очень вкусные сливы, каша и самса. Персонал внимательный к гостям.

Выбирала отель по расположению. Очень удобно добираться до Самарканд Сити - по утрам и вечерам в городе пробки. Отель порадовал всем, начиная с экстерьера. Красиво и внутри и снаружи. Номер просторный - с двумя!!! Очень чисто! Постельное бельё и полотенца мягкие и белоснежные. Номер пахнет чистотой! В санузле отдельный регулятор температуры, это суперкомфортно. На завтрак - много разных фруктов, достаточно большой выбор еды, еда халяль. Очень отзывчивый весь персонал, но особо хотелось отметить молодого человека на дневном ресепшн, не запомнила имя, к моему большому сожалению. Потому что его отношение к посетитетям лучше чем в 5-ти звездочном отеле - отзывчивость и клиентоориентированность на высоте! В целом, все ребята очень отзывчивы и профессиональны! Отдельный плюс - круглосуточная кофейня, где есть столик с usb зарядками. Спа-комплекс достаточно большой, но я не успела посетить. Хотя в стоимость проживания входят несколько процедур!!! Сауна и солевая комната, например. С удовольствием буду рекомендовать этот отель и обязательно вернусь сама. Ещё важный момент - если добираться на такси, то нужно обязательно отмечать именно отель, потому что по такому же адресу есть другая локация на карте. Спасибо отелю за прекрасные впечатления о Самарканде!

We absolutely loved this hotel. It's location is great and the staff are amazing especially the front desk. There is no lift but the reception staff helped us with the bags. We paid for a more premium room but it was on level 3 so we asked to be changed to room on a lower level and it was great. The Georgian restaurant inside the hotel is amazing. The food is great and the staff were amazing. Will definitely stay there again.

After a few rough nights at a Soviet hotel, words can’t describe how happy I was to see this hotel. The male receptionist was very welcoming when I arrived as he let me check in a bit earlier after a train ride. The breakfast fulfilled my needs as they have fresh fruits, vegetables, yoghurt, eggs, coffee… no complaint. The guy working at the breakfast area was also very helpful. After I finished gym, I went up there. He immediately asked me if I needed water. It shows that he’s attentive. I felt happy staying there. The reason I booked it was the gym. As an active person, I need to work out on my travels. The gym is not fully equipped but it provides with the basics such as a treadmill, a bike and weights. Location wise, it’s not in the center of the tourist spot but it’s walking distance. It took me 15 min to get to Registan. Don’t worry though as Samarkand is pedestrian friendly.

Khách sạn tuyệt vời! Vị trí thuận tiện – chỉ cách Quảng trường Registan và các điểm tham quan chính của Samarkand vài bước chân, với rất nhiều quán cà phê và nhà hàng. Buổi tối, có một màn trình diễn ánh sáng tuyệt đẹp gần Quảng trường Registan. Nhân viên khách sạn rất thân thiện và nhiệt tình. Chúng tôi nhận phòng muộn vào đêm khuya, và một nhân viên đã chào đón chúng tôi, làm thủ tục nhận phòng và giải thích mọi thứ. Khách sạn được trang trí rất đẹp. Phòng được dọn dẹp hàng ngày và mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ. Bữa sáng tự chọn rất ngon. Tuy nhiên, thực đơn hơi hạn chế, vì vậy tốt nhất nên đến sớm, tốt nhất là trước 9 giờ sáng.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

Staffs can talk in English and good service, Even though has a little bit high price but I think this is a good hotel to stay in Samarkand
