Best 4 star hotel!! Initially we were worried about an all inclusive 4 star hotel. What if services, food, drink and entertainment aren’t good, we will be stuck! However, they changed our mind the minute we got there. As I approached the counter, they welcomed us and said they would check if our room was ready. Although it’s not, they took our bags for us and gave us a card (which allowed us to go and have lunch without extra cost) so we could start enjoying our time at the hotel. The room was clean and we loved the deco. We loved the attention to detail too! You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into the design of the room. We love the food there too. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner every day we were there. Apart from the usual kids’ favourite, the main dishes were different at every meal every day. I particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked fish and paellas; and the Halloween themed night meal. The animación team was excellent. They were very good with my kids. My youngest was a bit shy to start with at the kids club. One of the staff gave her a lot of special attention to help her settle in. The evening entertainment was better than expected too. We really enjoyed the acrobat show. It’s not exactly BGT standard but it’s definitely entertaining enough to keep all of us happy. It’s also 10 mins away by car from the airport. We actually took the bus on the way there. It cost 1.40 eur per person and it stopped right opposite the hotel. On the way back, taxi cost 13-15eur. We also love that there is a beautiful beach right next to the hotel. It’s so thoughtful that there is a shower and towels right next to the gate so you could clean your feet before getting back to the hotel. If there’s anything to complain about, I would say the steam room wasn’t working during my stay!

We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists. If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

Huge hotel, excellent location, my partner and I had a great experience from the check-in to the last day, beautiful pool and restaurants, tasty food and nice drinks. Very friendly staff overall, nice quiet rooms with views and big balcony. Very recommended.

La struttura è nuova, pulita e funzionale. Lo staff alla reception è eccellente davvero. Super disponibili, pronti ad aiutare, cordiali. Le camere sono tutte nuove e una parte del resort è ancora in costruzione. Noi abbiamo preso la suite, quindi era molto, molto spaziosa e comoda. Anche al ristorante è stato tutto ottimo. Cibo fresco, buono e vario OGNI GIORNO. Possibilità di bbq al momento di carne o pesce tutte le sere. Omelette, french toast e uova fatte al momento ogni mattina a colazione. Anche qui lo staff è stato sempre molto attento e disponibile, sorridentie e gentile. Ogni mattina giardinieri e inservienti pulivano tutta l aerea circostante la piscina, innaffiavano i giardini e curavano tutto. La piscina molto bella, pulita e il servizio asciugamani ottimo. Allo stesso modo le camere venivano rifatte e pulite ogni giorno. Asciugamani puliti ogni giorno e in una settimana ci hanno anche cambiato le lenzuola. È stato un soggiorno davvero fantastico. Le uniche note ”negative” (se proprio le si vuole trovare) sono state la presenza di alcune blatte la sera nei giardini, dovuti alle numerose piante e palme presenti e che non hanno ma spazzato come si deve, o lavato a terra in camera. Me ne accorgevo dai capelli che restavano a terra. Ma sono dettagli trascurabili. Tutto il resto veniva sistemato e ripulito.

The hotel is dated in parts and our room was a little tired although it was a superior room we overlooked wasteland and nort a sunny sea view we expected. However, the room was clean and the public areas spacious The staff were friendly and reception efficient

Estancia corta , supongo que por eso no hemos podido sacar el máximo provecho al hotel. Se ve que el hotel disfruto de mejores épocas. Nos pusieron una habitación al lado de alguna instalación porque había mucho ruido. Lo mejor la ubicación..

Очень похоже на большую турбазу с хорошими бунгало (с кухонным углом, чайником, СВЧ) много детей, много небольших бассейнов на территории Есть магазин на территории (цены выше средних), кафе, где можно купить завтрак/ужин Недостаток состоит в том, что доступа к морю-океану, как такового нет. (есть некий заливчик на территории, больше похожий на бассейн-лягушатник) Чтобы поплавать нужно идти по променаду вдоль моря на пляж
