Good,clean, but be careful when choosing the room. I chose the cheapest room and it turned out the room was at the back of the hotel and it has no elevator with old building. The good one is at the new building which has higher price.

In general, the hotel is good as usual but I think the bath room cleaning should pay more effort. The laundry room’s machinery handling guideline doesn’t match the actual operation. It needs to make it clear for the customer!

This is the last point of my business trip. The hotel is good and quite chill with Industrial style decoration. My room was without the freezer, but the receptionist said if I requested during check in, she can arrange to upgrade for the customers. Breakfast is good and have a wide variety to taste. The location is close to both Ningbo Airport and the high speed train station.

Love this hotel. This was the second time we stayed here. MRT station is 50 meter away. Quite a selection of good foods in the surrounding areas. The room was clean and spacious, breakfast had good selections and the staffs were helpful.

We always choose Hilton Garden Inn whenever we visit Ningbo, and it never disappoints. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very comfortable, making every stay a pleasant experience. Its location is excellent—right next to a shopping mall—so restaurants, shops, and conveniences are just a few steps away. The staff are consistently welcoming, helpful, and attentive, which makes us feel at home every time. From check-in to check-out, the service is smooth and friendly. For us, it’s the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and value, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip.

I booked the Seclusive Life resort for a 2 night weekend getaway while I am working in Zhejiang. It was a beautiful, relaxing experience. The mountains were so lush and green. The best part of the resort was the staff. Everyone was so helpful. I do not speak Chinese but we were able to communicate via WeChat very easily. The staff really went above and beyond to make my experience comfortable. The food in the restaurant was very good. I ordered my meals a day in advance and the staff sent me a message when my food was prepared. I enjoyed the pool that is filled with cold mountain water. I did some hiking starting at the resort and really enjoyed the mountain scenery. Unfortunately the tub did not work in my room and there was a lot of mold in the shower but I think that is unavoidable in this humid climate. At the end of my stay the staff was about to help me arrange a driver to Xeudou Temple and Zhongcun Scenic area. I highly recommend this place for a relaxed, stress free getaway. One note, there are a lot of stairs (193 to my room) to get to the cabins so anyone with mobility issues will need to be sure to reserve a room they can reach. Again, ***** for the staff. Super.

It’s a really nice place/ location . Very peaceful and very close to a small town that has all basic things u need (about 15 minutes walking) . They staff are very nice , they were very accommodating on our needs. The place does needs some maintenance as we encounter some light issues and we had to change room, and some mold . Other than that it’s a great place
