This hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.

We were so happy with our stay! The hotel staff were so nice and friendly, and they were very accommodating! We really enjoyed the comfortable and clean room and amenities. The breakfast was delicious and the laundry facilities were also very nice. We can’t wait to come back to visit!

Overall bad experience. In the beginning they didn’t know that the rooms were paid upfront and asked for an additional deposit. The room had a nice design but it was not well-maintained and not clean. The room door was obviously forcefully opened and only basically repaired. It did not leave the impression that it was really secure. The dining restaurant was quite dirty and not similar to the pictures that only show the breakfast room. If you wanna visit the Nüwa Palace the location is perfect but don’t expect too much from the hotel. I assume there are more convenient places for a more reasonable price.

Tại sao chọn khách sạn này? Vì nằm giữa bảo tàng và công viên Congtai nên việc đi lại tương đối thuận tiện, có trạm xe buýt n*** ngoài cửa và có nhiều xe cộ. Và người ta nói rằng bữa sáng của anh ấy rất ngon. Trải nghiệm cụ thể: Trước hết mình rất ấn tượng với dịch vụ lễ tân. Vì đang đi du lịch nên mình hỏi một số vấn đề về di chuyển và các danh lam thắng cảnh. Quầy lễ tân rất nhiệt tình và gọi điện nhiều lần để xác nhận. nghiêm túc và có trách nhiệm. Thứ hai, bữa sáng thực sự rất phong phú, cũng như món súp cay đặc biệt của Handan và bọt đậu. Nên bổ sung thêm túi trứng để món ăn thêm hoàn hảo. Hơn nữa, mặc dù vệ sinh và cơ sở vật chất trong phòng không được cải tạo mới nhưng chúng sạch sẽ và có nhiều nước trong bồn tắm. Khăn trải giường và các vật dụng khác rất sạch sẽ, nhưng đầu vòi sen và các đường nối trong phòng tắm hơi cũ. Nhưng nhìn chung tỷ lệ giá/hiệu suất rất cao và đáng được giới thiệu!

超級超級超級推薦的民宿哦，民俗內部環境特別好，非常適合遛娃和放空自己，依山傍水，每個房間都很有特色，而且民宿內部還有很多小朋友玩耍的活動，即使不出門，在酒店待一天也會非常舒服。房間全部都是落地窗，景色無敵了，下雨可以看到雲海，晴天可以看到大山，入住還有歡迎水果，洗衣烘乾，棋牌室一應俱全，設施設備很完善，全智能家居，電動窗簾，民宿的服務人員也非常友好，因為前一天烘乾褲子。等的時間太久了，沒有取，第二天服務人員直接幫我送了回來，退房時因為在床上弄了污漬，主動跟前台小姐姐説了之後，還幫我申請了免清洗費。真的很貼心。不管設施還是環境還是衞生還是服務都非常推薦！！！！！！！
