Khách Sạn Có Phục Vụ Bữa Sáng Tại Hàm Đan

This hotel is very new, very clean, and very modern. It is definitely a premium grade hotel. I will not call it ”international” grade because (1) my Australian Mastercard debit card could not be used, (2) not much English is spoken and (3) there is no bar as we know it. None of that matters because (1) staff are adept at using the language translation tools (2) we can use the foreign card to withdraw Chinese cash at most ATM's around the city, and (3) there is a modern mall directly across the road with a supermarket selling everything including a good range of beer, wine, and spirits. Breakfast includes agreeable international selections along with a tempting range of Chinese fare. A FREE late supper is served every evening from 9.30pm which we found quite adequate as our evening meal. The dining room for breakfast and supper is on the 20th floor with spectular city views. Our room on the 17th floor enjoys the same views. Easy-to-use automatic laundry facilities are also provided FREE on the 20th floor. Robots were effectively used to deliver small items to our room. Value for the price is incredible. I was hestitant to give top rating... the word might get out... the price might go up... the quality might go down. But for now, it is what it is... diabolically excellent.

We had a magical stay here in this serene and beautiful place. The hotel is beautifully designed with an impressive play area, swimming pools, restaurants and it is perfectly located for exploring the stunning mountain range of East Taihang. All of the staff were very friendly, especially the cleaning, gardening, catering and play area staff. The room was exceptional with a view of a waterfall, little garden and very clean and comfortable. The gym was in the hallway with just a few bikes and treadmills so not exactly equipped for weightlifting but the mountains provide a decent workout. It would be nice for reception to have more information about local spots or events. I think there was mention of a night market but we weren’t sure exactly where and how to get there. We did successfully use Didi to get to a few amazing scenic spots around here though. It is such a special place and we hope to return some day. Thank you for a beautiful time and happy memories.

I really enjoyed staying here.  The room was very comfortable and the staff was professional.   The hotel is in an older part of the city.  It's quite close to Congtai Park, if you are interested in that.  If you are interested in being closer to nightlife (like Handan Dao or Meile Cheng), it might not be the best location for you.   However, I suspect the areas with more nightlife could be quite noisy.   There is a very nice Muslim hotpot place right around the corner, just steps from the hotel.  The people who work there are friendly and some of them speak a little English. 

Tiện nghi trong phòng đầy đủ, có phòng tập thể dục và phòng giặt ủi. Phòng có máy lạnh và được cung cấp trái cây khi nhận phòng. Dịch vụ của Tiểu Tôn ở quầy lễ tân rất tốt, lúc đầu cô ấy để thẻ phòng sai chỗ, thấy tôi đứng ở quầy lễ tân chờ, cô ấy chạy đến giải quyết vấn đề. Bộ đồ giường không thoải mái lắm, hơi thô. Nước nóng có nhanh nhưng áp lực nước của vòi hoa sen không đủ nên lượng nước chảy ra không nhiều. Khách sạn rất gần ga tàu cao tốc, rất thuận tiện. Bữa sáng cũng ngon. Mặc dù vị trí hơi nhỏ nhưng đồ ăn khá phong phú. Toàn bộ nhân viên khách sạn đều thân thiện và nồng nhiệt chào đón khi gặp gỡ. À, và điều khiển từ xa cần phải được lau chùi. Vệ sinh tổng thể là tốt, nhưng vẫn cần chú ý đến một số chi tiết.

酒店地理位置優越，緊鄰邯鄲道叢台公園。但是設施和衞生真的不敢恭維，我們定的豪華雙床房間還算大，早餐真的太差了，住這麼多酒店算是最糟心的，最開始28元的餐費我還覺得很便宜，也沒有抱太大希望，但是實際真的糟糕死了，早餐7點半到9點半，我們8點22分去的，要什麼沒什麼了，孩子根本沒得吃，住了多少人你們不清楚嗎，全餐廳衹有兩個服務員，又要煮餛飩又要收餐盤又要補貨，催了好幾次，總是説馬上補馬上補，直到我們走也沒有補上……

Overall bad experience. In the beginning they didn’t know that the rooms were paid upfront and asked for an additional deposit. The room had a nice design but it was not well-maintained and not clean. The room door was obviously forcefully opened and only basically repaired. It did not leave the impression that it was really secure. The dining restaurant was quite dirty and not similar to the pictures that only show the breakfast room. If you wanna visit the Nüwa Palace the location is perfect but don’t expect too much from the hotel. I assume there are more convenient places for a more reasonable price.
