Khách sạn ở vị trí rất thuận tiện, chỉ cần đi bộ là đến Quảng trường Thời đại, Đại lộ số 5, Thư viện Công cộng, Broadway và Macy's. Các phòng đều có tủ lạnh và tiện nghi bếp. Khách sạn có phòng giặt ủi và bột giặt có sẵn tại quầy lễ tân. Bữa sáng miễn phí thì ngon, nhưng thời gian chờ thang máy vào buổi sáng hơi lâu.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn! I usually choose this hotel chain for its service quality, but this stay was incredibly disappointing. I booked a Standard King Size room for two nights. When I checked-in at night, I received my key card and went to my room, only to find that it was a basement room with just a tiny window, not the large window room I had booked. I immediately went back to the Front Desk to request the correct room, but the staff told me that it was already full and only this room was available. I asked why they didn’t hold the room I had booked since I should be getting what I paid for. Their response? ”Because you arrived at night.” This excuse made no sense at all! Then, another staff member (curly hair) walked over, mumbled complaints, showed an upset attitude, and finally said she would move me to a new room—but only for one night. The next day, I had to move back to the standard room. The way she handled the situation was extremely unprofessional. A staff member should never complain or show frustration in front of guests! The next morning, my husband and I brought our luggage down and returned our key card as instructed. However, a different staff member told me that I could actually stay in the same room. So, I placed my luggage back in the room again and went out for the day. Before leaving, I specifically informed housekeeping to clean the room. When I returned that night, I couldn’t access my room. After going back to the Front Desk, the staff told me that the room I originally booked was full, meaning I had to stay in the same room again. Worst of all, when I finally got back inside, the room had not been cleaned at all, even though I had requested it in advance! Overall, this was the worst Holiday Inn experience I’ve ever had. The management was disorganized. This stay completely changed my perception of the Holiday Inn brand. I would never recommend this hotel!

The location of the hotel is great—very convenient for visiting nearby attractions. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The room was not thoroughly cleaned, and I even found a clipped fingernail on the floor, which was quite unpleasant. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards.

It was seamless, from check-in to check-out. I was able to request for late check-out. Upon check-out I left my luggage so I could still roam around. Got my luggage back safe. Breakfast is okay. Not grand. But I was able to eat everything. I normally couldn’t eat breakfast from cheap priced bookings cause it’s normally bad, but here, I was able to make use of it.

Vì nằm ở Midtown nên rất thuận tiện để đi bộ từ trung tâm thành phố đến Uptown, và chỉ mất 10 phút để đi bộ đến Bảo tàng Hàng không mẫu hạm Intrepid. Phải trả 46 đô la để đi taxi đến bến phà Stanten Island ở trung tâm thành phố để ngắm Tượng Nữ thần Tự do. Không có nhiều nhà hàng xung quanh và phải mất 15 phút đi bộ để đến một số cửa hàng nhỏ. Full review: The main reason to book this hotel would be for its location. Its location in Tribeca is awesome. A number of destinations, particularly, wall street, the Brooklyn bridge, and the world trade center memorial, are walking distance. The rooms, however, are on the smaller end, and the hotel service is almost non existent. The facilities and amenities were acceptable. Do note that the front desk is only in available from 9am to 11pm so if you encounter issues outside those times, it will be problematic. For example, I was emailed the door key and room key a day prior to arriving. I printed the same in cause i had no internet service, as i was travelling from another country. I also emailed them through the email provided that we would be arriving at around 12 midnight. However, upon arriving at the hotel door, it would not work. I and my wife had to stay out, in the cold of new york city, with 5 luggages, for a good 30 minutes. We emailed them and used the online chat function, but both were useless. We sat down in a nearby dunkin donuts to figure stuff out. and without any held from sonder or marriot, we found out that there was a discrepancy with the codes emailed and the codes in the app. Fortunately, my wife as able to rummage through the discrepancy and was able to acquire the appropriate codes. And thus, we finally able to get into the hotel and into our room. Considering the price point of the rooms, aside from the location, this is not a good choice.
