Omgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice. PLEASE NOTE: There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking. Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)! We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional! p.s. they also offer a seated bar area. Overall: 10/10✨️

Đồ ăn nhà hàng đắt nhưng có rất nhiều đồ ăn đường phố và siêu thị trong vòng 5 phút đi bộ. Khá dễ dàng (và rẻ) để đi đến từ Sân bay quốc tế Newark. Một số người nói rằng thang máy chậm nhưng tôi không bao giờ phải chờ quá lâu. Tôi sẽ ở lại đó một lần nữa

我預訂的是大床房，結果給我安排了雙人床，在我諮詢為什麼跟我預訂的不符後，酒店説因為沒有辦法滿足我當時預訂的條件，衹有最後一間雙人房了，給了我們雙份早餐作為補償。早餐不錯，很純正的美式風格 衞生間的淋浴設備出現了故障不能出水，反饋以後也能很快解決。 總體來説還是非常不錯的，離Penn Station 非常近

Vị trí cách Quảng trường Thời đại một chút đi bộ và khi đi bộ về vào ban đêm, tôi đã bị một người đàn ông da đen hung hãn tiếp cận và hét lên “không được đi bộ ở đây” và anh ta lao về phía tôi khiến tôi phải nhảy lùi lại. Phòng tương đối sạch sẽ với các tiện nghi cơ bản được cung cấp. Dịch vụ dọn phòng chỉ được thực hiện sau 4 giờ chiều đối với phòng của tôi nhưng có thể khác với những người khác. Có thể nhận phòng sớm với một khoản phí (không thể nhớ là 100-150 USD) khi tôi gọi điện để hỏi trước về thời gian lưu trú của mình. Không thành vấn đề vì tôi có thể để hành lý tại khách sạn vào buổi sáng và nhận phòng lúc 3 giờ chiều.

This place was fantastic. The rooms are cozy, which is totally normal for New York City, but the location is unbeatable. Everything is central, easy to walk to, and simple to reach by train. The room was spotless and had everything I needed, and the view of the Empire State Building felt like a movie scene, better than any artwork on the walls. The real highlight was the staff. Easily the friendliest and most professional team I have encountered in the United States. Huge kudos to Tanika and Violet at the front desk for making me feel like family away from home. Absolute keepers. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.
