Perfect for Solo traveler who wants a comfortable, clean and quiet place to rest after a day of exploring the city. Communication is easy thru WhatsApp and hassle free. Externally it may look a bit rundown but it was cozy inside and safe. Just off from the Main Street, close to many cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Easily walk to Old town and surrounding area. Bus stop within 2-3 mins walk, directly opposite the Opera House’s takes you directly to Airport at only 1Gel!

I enjoyed staying here so much, I came back a couple months latter. Elia and the place in genral is very nice and helpfull, she's very happy to tell you where to go for a day trip or dinner. Bathrooms, kitchens and everything is always quite clean. There's quite allot of shared open spaces to sit and stuff. Its also good place to go if you want to meet people, I would say, I made a couple friends both times here. The only down side of this place is that it is a bit of a walk from the centre (you can get a bolt lari tho). If I come back to Tbilisi I would probably come back here 😁👍.

Ưu điểm: - phòng lớn, sạch sẽ và được trang bị tốt - nệm rất thoải mái - ông chủ thân thiện và hữu ích - có tầng thượng nơi bạn có thể nhìn thấy toàn cảnh thành phố (có vẻ đang xây dựng) - Bữa sáng đơn giản nhưng có mọi thứ chúng tôi cần (mặc dù tôi bỏ lỡ bánh mì Georgian) Tôi không có lỗi, chỉ có một số ý kiến: - khách sạn ở khu vực dốc (mình nghĩ không dễ dàng cho người già), nhưng bạn luôn có thể sử dụng Bolt - 15 phút đi bộ từ đầu khu trung tâm - Wifi rất không ổn định trên điện thoại di động, nhưng hoàn hảo trên laptop của tôi. Đó là một nơi rất tốt để ở tại Tbilisi.

Phòng đẹp và sạch sẽ, nhưng cửa mỏng nên mọi thứ diễn ra ngoài hành lang đều rất dễ nghe. Tuy nhiên, mọi người đều rất yên lặng, nên tiếng trò chuyện thỉnh thoảng ở quầy lễ tân cũng không làm phiền. Chúng tôi ngủ rất ngon; có rất nhiều gối, và giường thì thoải mái.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place. The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers. Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option. Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.
