Khách sạn Shota Rustavalli Boutique, Tbilisi, Georgia: Là nơi nghỉ sang trọng nhất trong chuyến đi chóng mặt và vô cùng mệt mỏi của chúng tôi qua Azerbaijan, Armenia và Georgia, chúng tôi rất mong chờ được nuông chiều bản thân và ngâm mình trong bồn nước ấm mỗi ngày. Tôi là người thích viết những bài đánh giá chân thực, vì vậy đây là những gì tôi muốn chia sẻ. Khởi đầu kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi thật tệ. Nước bị cắt ở khu vực này của thành phố - mà bạn biết đấy, chúng tôi ở n*** cạnh Tòa nhà Quốc hội Georgia, sao họ dám làm vậy chứ. Vì vậy, cả ngày hôm đó không có nước. Nếu bạn vừa đến, người đầy mồ hôi và mùi cơ thể khác xa với những khu vườn kiểu Anh, thì đây đúng là tận thế. Chúng tôi được phát những chai nước khổng lồ để lau người. Nước đã có lại vào ngày hôm sau. Thực ra, đó không phải lỗi của khách sạn. Tuy nhiên, vẫn còn nhiều thiếu sót khác. Chúng tôi có những chuyến đi cả ngày ra khỏi thành phố và quá mệt mỏi để phàn nàn. Cửa phòng chúng tôi không mở hoặc đóng dễ dàng, như thể bị lệch. Phòng có mùi cống rãnh vào buổi tối. Sữa tắm hết và nhân viên dọn phòng không bổ sung. Điều này thật đáng xấu hổ vì chúng tôi có kế hoạch đi chơi sớm và việc dọn dẹp phòng chỉ bắt đầu lúc 7:30 sáng theo thông báo qua WhatsApp, trong khi lễ tân lại nói là 9 giờ sáng. Điều hòa luôn được để ở nhiệt độ phòng, đôi khi còn hơi nóng. Bể bơi, phòng tập gym và phòng xông hơi cũng bị đóng cửa mà không báo trước. Tôi đang liệt kê ra hàng loạt vấn đề để ban quản lý có thể giải quyết, vì nhân viên tội nghiệp đang phải chịu nhiều lời chỉ trích. Gocha rất tốt bụng và giải thích cặn kẽ về việc mất nước. Ana là người chúng tôi yêu thích nhất với dịch vụ hoàn hảo. Cô ấy đã chuẩn bị một chiếc bánh sinh nhật cho con trai tôi. Và cả một bữa sáng kèm rượu sâm panh miễn phí. Cô ấy cũng rất tốt bụng khi gia hạn thời gian trả phòng cho chúng tôi (mặc dù bị mất điện cả tiếng đồng hồ, nhưng chúng tôi vẫn rất biết ơn). Ưu điểm lớn nhất ở đây là vị trí – khách sạn nằm n*** trung tâm thành phố, chúng tôi thậm chí còn đứng cạnh những người biểu tình tại Quốc hội Georgia. Nhà hàng, quán bar, quán cà phê, cửa hàng mua sắm, bảo tàng đều ở xung quanh, chỉ cách vài bước chân. Có ưu đãi giảm giá 10% khi dùng bữa và rượu vang Georgia miễn phí (bạn sẽ uống nó như nước ở Georgia). Mọi thứ kết thúc thật tuyệt vời – cảm ơn Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish

My experience at sandali metheki was amazing,Breakfast tastes so amazing, the staffs are so helpful and very nice with top notch professionalism 🥰, the hotel location is very accessible to different parts of the city . Thank you sandali metheki, will surely visit again. 👍👍

Brand new and very clean. Comfortable beds. The room missed a few things like water bottles, vanity kits, etc. but they brought all of it after we asked. Possibility to check in early for 50% of the rate which is very useful when you arrive in the middle of the night. Slight issue with the bathroom if you take a shower, the water doesn't go down the drain right away so it starts leaking outside.

It was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi. 1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name 2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****. 3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive). 4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

This is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

The hotel room condition and cleanness are ok. Location is pretty far from old town. The staff donot speak good english. Breakfast is very simple. Roof top bar closes at 11pm and the staff closes the bar 30 minutes before. Taking the elevator to room during the day time is horrible and takes lot of time coz the hotel share the elevator with co working space from 1 to 15th floor. If u are walking, then the location is not good as its pretty sloppy. But good thing is there is a super market right infront of the hotel.
