Tìm Khách Sạn 3 Sao Tại Vienna

Tôi đã ở khách sạn này hai lần chỉ trong vài ngày khi đi điều trị y tế ở Vienna. Lần đầu tiên từ ngày 18 đến 27 tháng 10 năm 2024 (9 đêm) và lần thứ hai từ ngày 3 đến 21 tháng 11 năm 2024 (18 đêm). Phải nói rằng tôi khá hài lòng cả hai lần, mặc dù tôi sẽ trân trọng nó hơn nếu được cung cấp thêm dịch vụ dọn phòng. Đã ở lại lâu như vậy trong mỗi lần đến, thật hơi thất vọng khi nhân viên dọn phòng chỉ đến dọn phòng hai lần trong lần thứ hai!!! Ngoài những điểm trên, khách sạn này rất đáng để giới thiệu vì vị trí tuyệt vời và giá cả hợp lý. Tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại vào tháng Tư để tiếp tục điều trị.

Vị trí của khách sạn này thực sự tuyệt vời. Nó nằm n*** đối diện trạm xe điện. Rất yên tĩnh. Khách sạn rất mới. Các tiện nghi và phòng ốc đều cực kỳ sạch sẽ. Rất đẹp. Nhân viên rất thân thiện. Chồng tôi để quên áo khoác ở tầng dưới vào đêm giao thừa và khi quay lại sáng hôm sau thì áo vẫn còn ở đó. Rất an toàn và người dân trung thực. Tôi rất khuyên bạn nên chọn nơi này. Và nếu có quay lại, chúng tôi chắc chắn sẽ ở lại đây lần nữa.

My room was on the 7th floor and on the west side. I could open the big window, and the view was so good. It was such a refreshing room. I could relax a lot. However, there are no air conditioners, so if you don’t handle heat well, I wouldn’t recommend it.

The hotel was clean, conveniently located, and easy to find. It’s close to bus stops and underground stations, making it ideal for getting around. Situated in a busy area, it can be a bit noisy at night, but closing the windows helps reduce the sound. A fan was provided, which was especially appreciated given the warm weather. The room was cleaned daily and fresh towels provided daily as well without having to request for it which was impressive and the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

Excellent hotel for its price. I was positively surprised that even breakfast was included! And it was delicious- eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, desserts, fruit, even cacao! Staff was very friendly, room quite clean & enough for 1 person. No problems with hot water. Stable wifi. Shower gel & shampoo provided, but not of high quality, I preferred to use mine. Unfortunately, no water of tea pot available for free at the hotel, but near reception you can find a coffee machine for 2 eur drink. Also you can order a teapot for 5 eur in your room. It was quite calm in the hotel, though I could hear voices from the nearest room. There was a problem with the safe: it was locked when I arrived, the personnel could open it at first, because there were no keys. In the evening they opened it, then I just closed the door to put my code, but it turned out to be closed again...and I didn't know the code, of course. So I didn't use it. But it would be better if you have an updated instruction how to use it, current is not valid. Though the staff told me I could leave smth at the reception if I would like. The district is great - shops, cafés just around the corner. 5 mins walk to the nearest metro station, 15 mins to Rathaus. I easily got to the city center by foot.

Un lugar tranquilo y magnífico. No hemos tenido ningún tipo de problema durante el viaje!!!
