Wonderful stay at this lovely property, well situated in the heart of Vienna. Impeccable service, spotless room, wonderful breakfast! Returning back to this property a numerous times!

Elegant hotel with perfect service. The staff is really welcoming and attentive. The highlight of the stay was Edvard restaurant with Michelin Star dinner. Breakfast are also tasty and rich in options - you can benefit with ala carte breakfast. Spa has small pool but nice sauna section. I would recommend it for adults and couples. Guest service helped me a lot with Dominik being so nice. Thank you!

絕對超越五星級的奢華酒店，性價比極好。入住體驗很好，坐着辦理，附贈一杯起泡酒。所有工作人員都很熱情且專業，禮賓服務實用，對城市和周圍地區介紹詳盡。同時擁有現代電梯和保留至今的老式電梯令人印象深刻。房間裝修極盡現代奢華，燈光控制系統實用，廁所有極暗開關供夜間使用。床頭有平板可以控制燈光、空調、電視，訂餐或要求任何用品。床和枕頭（提供很長的枕頭菜單）是我住過的最舒適的酒店，沒有之一。客房清潔和開夜床服務一絲不苟。浴室水壓非常舒適。單點制早餐價格公道，菜單豐富，十分美味。我也遇到了Wi-Fi無法登陸、門鎖無法反鎖等問題，因此不能説毫無瑕疵。不過問題解決之快還是讓我願意相信這是運氣不好的罕見現象。除此以外，最大的問題是房間佈局，尤其是浴室面積過小，導致衹要鋪上地墊，就無法開關門，因為門縫會被地墊卡住，這對於這個檔次的酒店來説太愚蠢了。因為我預訂的是非套房的最好的房間，因此可能衹有套房的衞生間才會更大從而避免這個問題。總的來説，衹要你喜歡這裏的裝修風格，我還是願意認為這就是維也納住宿的首選。

Super good location. Close to some landmarks and transport. Great breakfast. Front desk was overly enthusiastic and helpful with everything. One small issue is that in my room some of the lightbulbs (2) did not work and I would think for a five star hotel they would pay attention to these small details and uphold a higher standard. But otherwise a really great stay and will return again next time.

During my recent 5-day, 4-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, I was consistently delighted by the hotel's embodiment of classic elegance. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was surrounded by refined opulence. The room was impeccably appointed, with plush furnishings and a marble bathroom that exuded luxury. Yet, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. This attentiveness made my stay truly memorable and solidified the Ritz-Carlton's reputation as a leader in hospitality.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay at House of Ble! Our recent 3-night stay at House of Ble in Vienna was an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish! We couldn't agree more with all the glowing reviews – it's a truly fantastic hotel. The location is simply perfect, making it incredibly easy to explore Vienna's most iconic sights on foot or with a quick hop on public transport from the nearby MuseumsQuartier station. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and beautifully modern and stylish, creating a really comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Beyond the aesthetics, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a warm smile and great advice, which truly enhanced our visit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast at their restaurant, Salt & Honey – a wonderful way to start each day. Overall, House of Ble offers excellent value for money for such a prime location and high standard of service. We didn't experience a single negative point during our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

We almost had a great stay, except for one thing. The staff left one of the window open after cleaning the room. We were not able to turn on the heater when the window was open. The phone from the room to the front desk was not working. And the staff on duty did not know what to do.

The location was so amazing and not far from the city center and walking distance to Danube River Staff was so helpful and breakfast was large with many options and wide selection options for all and vegan Dinner was seafoods night and really everything was perfect from shrimps steamed and smoked or fresh with salad plus very tasty lobster Room was nice and warm The gym is really good

Hotel located close to Museum Quartiers and walking distance to Kartner and Graben shopping streets. Hotel and rooms are decorated in vibrant, fun and circus themed colors. Plenty of corners where you can take instagramable photos. Service is a bit impersonal but hotel staffs are helpful. There is a rooftop bar. Unfortunately whether was a bit too cold for us to enjoy our drinks outside. For those who like to cycle, they provide rental bicycles too. All in all, a great hotel to stay in Vienna.

漂亮的新酒店，硬件沒話説，軟件就不太好説。選在旺季聖誕前去維也納旅遊，7000多不包早餐的價格，入住時在沒有被告知的情況前台的白女給安排了無障礙房間，各種不方便，要求換房，説沒有，還陰陽我們免費得了間面積大的房間，暗示我要知足。找攜程幫忙處理，第二天又收拾行李換了間據説升了級的房。離開時申請了延時退房，麻煩前台安排人幫忙拿一下行李，因為下樓坐電梯有一節需要走樓梯，肩膀和腰受過傷不能太使勁，結果，同一個白女在我們等了二十分鐘三次聯繫後才安排，等我們退好房叫好車去火車站差一分鐘火車走了，不得不另花三百多歐重新買票去布拉格，前面訂的火車票也因超時作廢不能退。這個白女第一次帶我們去房間時還給了她小費。後來請攜程幫忙投訴，酒店回覆説讓我以後合理安排好不可預知的延誤時間，我衹能呵呵了。以後有機會再去維也納，會選靠譜的文華東方，25年文華維也納開業，從服務上看，不論中國境內還是境外，文華東方的服務沒讓我失望過。
