Perfectly fine airport hotel with 2 outstanding qualities. 1) location - 3 minute walk to Publix (with a deli counter), CVS, Walgreens etc, very nice Italian restaurant 2) Really lovely staff. Breakfast buffet starts from 6am - hot biscuits and sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, fruit, waffles etc Courtesy shuttle bus to airport leaves on the hour. Will be staying again.

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

Уютный отель с приятной стоимостью. В номере чисто. Есть шампунь и пр принадлежности. Хорошие полотенца. В качестве завтрака бейгл и творожный сыр, кофе. Магазины в автомобильной доступности. Мы были без автомобиля и тоже было удобно, те рядом есть остановка. 

Bon hôtel, situé proche de l’aéroport. Le personnel a l’accueil était très accueillant et répondait rapidement aux demandes. Piscine avec accès aux PMR c’est vraiment top! Petite salle de sport mais uniquement des machines pour le cardio. Point négatif : J’ai du relancer à deux reprises pour obtenir le remboursement de ma caution (ça a mis 5 jours après mon départ pour finalement arriver sachant que j’utilise une carte directe/instantanée avec aucun délai ) ! L’hôtel est tout simplement injoignable par téléphone! Nuisances dues aux passage des avions vraiment juste au-dessus. Le nettoyage pourrait également être améliorer! Pas de navette pour l’aéroport c’est dommage .

The hostel location is lowkey too quite and far from everything if you are not local but they have train station nearby I’m just not comfortable to walk around that much

疫情後都是不能每天打掃，可以每天換毛巾。小蚊蟲不少，容易拍殺，不影響睡眠。綠植多就會這樣。 飛機起降是能聽到，也是不影響我睡眠的。 我們就是找有廚房的美式酒店，所以這裏宣稱含早餐的坑，也是沒影響的。前台小角落早上6-9提供熱水茶啡麥片巧克力飲品，沒有更多了。我們自帶摩卡壺，調料一次性餐具，附近超市採買食材，酒店還提供一套不沾鍋盤子刀叉，足夠了。 免費停車是剛需，前台服務生友好，我們晚上十一點才到。 開車到小哈瓦那12分鐘，邁阿密海灘40分鐘，大沼澤公園一小時，keywest4小時，我覺得一切還算合理。
