Khách sạn 5 Sao tại Victoria, Úc

Lần đầu tiên chúng tôi ở Park Hyatt Melbourne và trải nghiệm không thể nào tuyệt vời hơn. Khách sạn hơi xa trung tâm thành phố nhưng có những ưu điểm riêng như vườn đẹp hơn, yên tĩnh hơn và sân trong khá rộng rãi. Khách sạn và phòng ốc mang lại cho tôi nét trang trí của những năm 1900, khá ấn tượng. Phòng rộng rãi và được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi, và tôi đặc biệt thích thương hiệu Le Labo được sử dụng trong phòng tắm. Trải nghiệm ẩm thực cao cấp thực sự tuyệt vời, với nhạc acoustic khá hay. Nhìn chung, kỳ nghỉ rất dễ chịu và tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Dịch vụ khách sạn rất tốt. Chúng tôi đến sớm và lễ tân đã hỗ trợ chúng tôi nhận phòng sớm. Việc trả phòng cũng rất nhanh chóng sau khi rời đi. 👍🏼 Bữa sáng cũng rất thịnh soạn, với nhiều lựa chọn. 👍🏼 Khách sạn có vị trí thuận tiện, gần trạm xe buýt. 👍🏼 Điểm trừ duy nhất là tiện nghi phòng hơi cũ, nhưng vẫn chấp nhận được!

Location is great, easy to find and plenty of parking space. The rooms were newly renovated. I didn't mark the service a perfect score, as we have some booking confusion. I purchased set dinner and a bottle of champagne that was not acknowledged until we reminded the restaurant and was quicky sorted and we had a very good dinner, but upon check-out there was billing issues, it's also sorted by the supervisor, but could have been avoided. The pool was closed, and the gym is too small. Overall it’s a great place to be, relaxing atmosphere and friendly people

Had a comfortable stay for 3 nights. Hotel about 15-20mins walk from city centre and can pop onto tram in free tram zone. Toilet bowl had a smelly drainage smell which holds presence in the air everytime you flush, was pretty unpleasant.

Tôi đã báo cáo vấn đề này với lễ tân khi trả phòng, và mặc dù họ đã xin lỗi và mời tôi rượu sâm panh, nhưng đã quá muộn. Sinh nhật chỉ diễn ra mỗi năm một lần, nên điều đó thực sự đáng thất vọng! Tiện nghi: Khách sạn nhìn chung còn mới. Vòi sen có vòi sen cầm tay, rất phù hợp với gia đình (nhiều khách sạn ở Úc không có vòi sen cầm tay). Bộ đồ giường rất thoải mái, và chúng tôi được cung cấp đồ vệ sinh cá nhân, nước uống và dép đi trong nhà, mặc dù chúng tôi tự mang theo, vì nhiều khách sạn ở Úc không có. Vệ sinh: Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, và bồn tắm thoải mái cho trẻ em. Môi trường: Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí tuyệt vời, thuận tiện cho việc ăn uống và di chuyển. Có một sòng bạc gần đó nên có rất nhiều phương tiện giao thông, nhưng tất cả các phòng nghỉ đều chấp nhận thẻ tín dụng, điều này rất đáng tin cậy.

We had multiple issues with our 7 nights stay. Which some has been addressed and fixed immediately. One thing we do recommend to confirm check upon arrival or when booking. Lack of view - we’ve booked the 1 bedroom premium room. From the pictures it looked like floor to ceiling big windows with open view but we were assigned to a room situated in the heritage floors (2nd) which the windows are 1.5m high so have to tippy toes to see the view. Limited sunlight also, bathroom has no window. Issues we encountered 1) hall way light - wasn’t working on the first night when we checked in at 11pm. We couldn’t even find our room number cause it was so dark, we used the torch on our phone. Wasn’t a nice first impression if you are scared of dark hallways. The sensor was fixed the next day. 2) phone wasn’t working - so we couldn’t contact the front desk. We got in late with a toddler, so we put on ‘do not disturb’ sign but someone banged the door at 8am, to reach us to ‘fix the issues’. Not sure why can’t they just slip us a note under the door. 3) so many flies - the breakfast restaurant have serious pest issues. There were more than 10 flies flying around the buffet and the tables. We didn’t feel comfortable eating there after one visit. The whole duration of the meal, we were waiving off the fly. Major hygiene concern! 4) housekeeping was very average, barely cleaned the room daily. Only made the bed. 5) overall the staff were all friendly, special appreciation to the male staff at the breakfast room. The lady duty manager didn’t seem friendly, carries an attitude and likes to talk over you. Location is great, round the corner from the tram line. Will I stay again, most likely not. Feels more like a 4 star hotel, definitely not 5 star.

Housekeeping did a flawless job refreshing the room each day without ever interrupting my schedule. 👨💼 Friendly, Attentive Service Customer service here is both professional and warm. Front desk staff greeted me by name and were quick to offer directions, recommend hidden-gem eateries, and help with luggage. Room service was punctual, meals were presented beautifully, and every staff interaction made me feel genuinely welcome—not just another guest. 🧭 Thoughtful Facilities It’s the little things at Quay West that stand out: • A well-equipped kitchenette in each suite––perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a quick late-night snack. • In-room laundry facilities saved me from hunting down laundromats mid-trip. • The comfortable lounge and communal spaces offer a quiet place to work or unwind. • Gym and heated indoor pool, both kept spotless and perfect for a post-city exploration cooldown.

We had no idea there was a downstairs section, but the more we experience this establishment the more we liked it. Downstairs has a restaurant and bar even though we only had breakfast the next morning, we can’t wait to head back and try the restaurant.  Customer service was outstanding, the kind that you only experience in the United States. The whole staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room we had was very spacious including the bathroom and shower (no bathtub) and it was very clean. The only downside was that the bed was very firm and pillows soft, I prefer to feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud with a firm pillow.  We left feeling like the hotel didn’t have that business transaction type vibe but rather we were family, everybody was so friendly and we will definitely be back.

We stayed altogether three nights here. The hotel was converted from a historical building dated back to 1890s . We enjoyed the stay-included breakfast at Alluvial restaurant. It got charming vibe. the King Classic room we stayed is spacious consider it is in zone 1 of Melbourne. The hotel is in walking distance to many of the Melbourne city attractions we are even able to take some rest in the room in our planned city walking trip in the middle of a very hot summer sunny day. The bathroom provides Byredo toiletries which we like. However, the decor is a bit dated and need refreshing and we are not happy with the service level of the staff. For example, the phone handfree function is not working properly; the safe is according to the hotel ”in the process of replacement” and not working either; the call to ”Instant Service” for help often took more than 5-seconds ring especially during the night time. There is even a false fire alert during one of the morning time of our stay. I doubt it is a standard of Intercontinental hotel or a 5-star rated hotel. For whom consider staying at this room type of this hotel, please note the windows is fixed and facing the hallway so the room has 1. no natural sunlight 2. no fresh air and 3. needs closing the curtains all the time if you prefer privacy. Another point worth noting is the bathroom floor is very slippery after bath, I would call it a death trap if you wear the one-off slippers that is provided in the room as you can easily get a slip and fall on the bathroom floor even for a grown adult.
