TTài khoản kháchI stayed in a deluxe room, which was clean and comfortable—definitely good for a pleasant stay. The location is a big plus, right in the main center of Belapur, making it convenient for getting around. Breakfast was decent and enough to start the day. Overall, a good experience with a nice balance of comfort and location.

TTài khoản kháchNewly built. With clean spotless room and washroom and ac was working fine. Foodncan be ordered through hotel itself where they bring it from another restaurant which is slightly expensive but the food was tasty. I had ordered coffee also through hotel which i believe they make it themselves in pantry which is charged at rs 50 which is a bit on the higher side. They allow food from swiggy and zomato and therefore better options are there. Anyway the stay was comfortable.

TTài khoản kháchHotel location is best as it is situated on main road and the room was also best, however i stayed in deluxe room so not sure about other category room, the food is also best, i've had breakfast, lunch and dinner during my entire stay and all taste very good. The staff, hotel and restaurant, are very well mannered and polite. Overall worth staying

TTài khoản kháchI had a wedding to attend nearby. Hence booked this hotel ***** with my mother (83 years). *They have a ramp but no wheel chair for elderly or differently abled people.* Hotel is ok, but they provided only one mineral water bottle for 3 of us per day. This is unacceptable.
Rest of the bottles are charged double i.e. ₹. 30 per bottle which actually not right.
Our room had no source of direct light. Even the exhaust fan in the restroom is not functioning.
All together the room was comfortable.

TTài khoản kháchThe overall stay was Average. Property & Stay - Wood Stock Acres Villa Resort is a very good property but it's not very well maintained as it should be. A day before i called them up requesting to give me rooms close by as both my parents are Senior Citizens who are above 70yrs so they told me they will try will do that but at the time of check in they showed me a Villa whose stairs were shaking and were not at all feasible for my parents to climb up. So after speaking to Ruhi and Ravi about the same they showed me Villa 9 in which room no 901 and 902 were allocated. So room 901 was down and room 902 was up which was Ok to us. After checking up in both the rooms my brother noticed there was a leakage issue in the bathroom in 901. Maintenance guy came but the problem wasn't sorted, so they offered us some other villa without asking for it. My brother and I both went to see the villa but it was the same again one room down and another room up so we finally decided to stick to Villa no 9. Staff - Staff is amazing. Pawan in the restaurant is an amazing guy who helped me and my family throughout our stay. Ruhi was also helpful
Food - Morning chef is just amazing. He just makes amazing and mouthwatering food. I didn't like the food which was being made on the 29th March night and I did complain about it. Please take care of this amazing property and more staff needs to be added for sure and Cleanliness is must too

1. Proximity to Kalyan Junction Station (few minutes walk)
2. Once inside (lift to 3rd floor) the reception area etc was fine.
Didn’t like:
1. Access is shocking - ***** a rough road and down a less than salubrious side street. See photos.
2. Would have been nice to be provided with some drinking water
3. Shower area not spotlessly clean. Hair and scum on the grill over the drain
4. Only a blanket was provided on the bed (aside of bottom sheet and pillows). Can’t imagine this is washed between guests. Asked for a top sheet (so had a “barrier” between body and blanket) but nothing forthcoming.
5. For the quality of accommodation it felt overpriced.
