Simple hostel-like Hotel for young budget travelers who don't care too much about space. The single rooms are very small (and so well ventilated) but definitely okay for a stay of a few days, especially considering its central location. The staff was super friendly and very readily available throughout my stay!

It should be called a motel, first of all. Secondly, it's basically a trap for people who have never heard of it. There is no room service, no water, no fridge, no safe, no AC, and the worst bedding imaginable. I guess that is why cancelling even a week in advance doesn't get you anything back. All they care about is maximising the profita and f***ing the guest.

first of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..

Khu phố tốt, nhiều cửa hàng và đồ ăn. dễ dàng kết nối đến trung tâm thành phố. Cảm thấy an toàn khi đi bộ một mình vào sáng sớm để bắt tàu đến sân bay. Đỗ xe tại trung tâm mua sắm, với PCard chỉ 3 € một ngày. không vấn đề gì khi đánh giá xe vào ban đêm hoặc lái xe ra khỏi bãi đậu xe vào Chủ Nhật.

Es passte für mich, Zimmer ruhig, Matratze gut, Einchecken unproblematisch und dazur guter WLAN-Empfang. Mehr brauchte ich nicht.

Very nice and clean room, the bathroom is a really small, I was travelling with a friend and there's no much privacy for change clothes for example. Very big windows and natural light.

因為火車晚點大約凌晨2點半到的酒店，原先預訂的單床房已經沒有了。老闆人非常好，幫忙提箱子，還免費換了一個3床的房間。並且老闆非常熱心，退房後仍可以幫忙照看行李。酒店價格便宜，它的位置離漢堡中心站很近，附近都是小店吃飯購物都比較方便，預算不多的情況下，它確實是一個好選擇。
