I stayed at Superbude St. Pauli and really liked it. The location is great – very central, well connected, and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. The atmosphere is cozy, and the price was quite fair for Hamburg. I didn’t spend much time in the room, mostly just for sleeping, but it was comfortable. The only small downsides were that the doors tend to slam a bit loudly and the lighting could be brighter. Overall, though, a really good place to stay.

Staying at Smarments was an amazing experience! True to its name, the facility is genuinely ‘smart’, offering seamless self-check-in through an advanced digital system. The building is modern, spotless, and very well organized. I especially appreciated the 24/7 WhatsApp AI bot support, which made communication and assistance effortless. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we truly enjoyed every moment here. I highly recommend Smarments to any type of traveler, it will not disappoint!

It should be called a motel, first of all. Secondly, it's basically a trap for people who have never heard of it. There is no room service, no water, no fridge, no safe, no AC, and the worst bedding imaginable. I guess that is why cancelling even a week in advance doesn't get you anything back. All they care about is maximising the profita and f***ing the guest.

first of all, the man at the reception did not check that we had already paid for the room. He presented a bill that needs to be paid now. I said several times that we have already paid for the number and showed a copy of the bill. He denied it, but he did a better search and found that we are already paid. He just said it was the software's fault, not his. I have been flying to Hamburg for almost 3 years and staying for a few days and booking a hotel. I have never had such a misunderstanding in other districts of Hamburg. Upon entering the room, everything was clean, but the bedding had an unpleasant smell..

the hotel is nice, simple, and very clean. they give you table and chair so you can work from your bedroom. there is also mini bar and they provide a microwave, it's really help when you craving for something in the night and dont want to go outside :)

Chắc hẳn trong thị trấn vừa có chuyến đi thực tế hay thi đấu thể thao gì đó vì có đến tận 200 thanh thiếu niên ở trong ký túc xá này! Haha, phòng ổn, giường cứng, vòi sen nóng, và tầm nhìn (tầng 5) là những phòng giường tầng khác, và cũng là điểm tụ tập của lũ bồ câu. Cửa sổ phòng tôi cũng hướng ra sân nên tiếng ồn ào bên ngoài đến tận tối. Tóm lại, đây là một căn phòng hoàn thành tốt mục đích của nó, một nơi để ngả lưng.

Hài lòng với giao thông thuận tiện, rất gần ga tàu, phòng sạch sẽ, lễ tân rất thân thiện, có thể mượn máy sấy tóc ở lễ tân Vệ sinh: Sạch sẽ và hợp vệ sinh Dịch vụ: Rất tốt, rất tiện lợi và thủ tục nhận phòng nhanh chóng Tiện nghi: Không có gì hahahahahaha

Es passte für mich, Zimmer ruhig, Matratze gut, Einchecken unproblematisch und dazur guter WLAN-Empfang. Mehr brauchte ich nicht.

Very nice and clean room, the bathroom is a really small, I was travelling with a friend and there's no much privacy for change clothes for example. Very big windows and natural light.
