Đối với du khách nữ đi một mình có hành lý nặng, quầy lễ tân của nhà trọ thanh niên này nằm ở tầng hầm và chắc chắn phải leo nhiều cầu thang khi làm thủ tục nhận và trả phòng (tôi không biết tại sao họ không muốn mở cửa ở tầng một. Tôi nghe những du khách nữ khác hỏi liệu có thể mở tạm thời cửa ở tầng một để chúng tôi kéo hành lý ra không) Đây là loại phòng dạng viên nang, nhưng sẽ phát ra tiếng kẽo kẹt khi bạn đứng bên trong, vì vậy âm thanh từ những người hàng xóm bên trái và bên phải có thể dễ dàng truyền đến tai bạn. Khóa cửa ngoài bị hỏng do mất điện. Tôi đã báo cáo vấn đề này với lễ tân nhà trọ vào buổi tối, nhưng sự việc không được giải quyết cho đến khi tôi rời đi vào ngày hôm sau. May mắn thay, cabin ngủ có thêm một ổ khóa cửa. Bữa sáng khô và cứng. Nó có lợi thế về giá ở Milan, nhưng những thứ còn lại thì chỉ ở mức ổn.

Amazing location — just a few minutes’ walk to the Duomo and metro station. The staff were super friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help. The atmosphere was lively and social, with free welcome drinks, shared dinners, and plenty of opportunities to meet other travelers. The common areas and rooftop terrace were cozy and fun, and breakfast was great too! The room had a slight musty smell and the air circulation wasn’t very good, so it felt a bit stuffy at times. However, everything else was great and the staff made the stay enjoyable.

Tôi thực sự thích kỳ nghỉ của mình tại Ostello Bello. Các nhân viên thân thiện, tuyệt vời và dễ dàng tiếp cận khi trả lời các câu hỏi. The staffs at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient and close to the Castello metro station. I enjoyed my room with a view of the castle.

Worth staying at this hostel for the price. This was my first solo backpacking trip, and the hostel was amazing. The receptionists were especially friendly. I arrived a bit early before check-in time, but the receptionist kindly let me check in, even though it was his lunch break. He explained all the amenities and showed the must-visit places in Milan on a map. He also offered to store my luggage, and when I felt a bit worried, he kept it safely under his desk. I would definitely recommend this hostel.

The hostel is located 8 minutes walk from Milano Bovisa Politecnico train station. Direct train to and from Malpensa Airport T2 just takes 30 minutes. As far as getting around the city of Milano, there is a Tram-Bus stop (Bausan) just under 5 minutes walk from hostel (after the round about). The 4 bedded sharing room comes with en-suite bathroom with timed hot showers. Bath towel available for rent at 2€. Hostel-wide WiFi access available. The in-house bar-bistro offers good selection of Italian and international fairs. For weary travellers the in-house dinning option is most appreciated. During the day, the common area has a more co-working vibe. As the sun sets, the ambiance transitions to a buzzing vibrant bar-bistro.

Colazione non disponibile in hotel, ma la pasticceria che ci ha raccomandato il portinaio era favolosa, anche se solitamente mangio salato al mattino, attenzione parcheggio limitato.
