"Phòng đầu tiên tôi ở không sáng đèn và tủ lạnh không lạnh. Tôi muốn đổi phòng nên đã đến quầy lễ tân. Nhân viên rất thân thiện. Phòng thứ hai tôi đổi thì cửa không mở. Tôi quay lại quầy lễ tân để hỏi thì họ đến và cố gắng mở cửa nhưng không được, có lẽ là do chìa khóa phòng. Tôi đổi phòng lần thứ ba và tình trạng phòng tệ hơn phòng đầu tiên. Phòng tắm rất nhỏ và cách bố trí hơi khác một chút. Tôi phải mang hành lý đi khắp tầng 3, tầng 1 và tầng 2 để đổi phòng và phải xếp hàng dài ở quầy lễ tân. Tôi đang có khoảng thời gian tuyệt vời với bạn mình nên không muốn làm hỏng tâm trạng nên tôi chỉ ở lại phòng cuối cùng. Nhân viên chắc chắn rất hữu ích và thân thiện. Vấn đề duy nhất là tiện nghi. Khách sạn nằm n*** cạnh Disneyland nên bạn có thể xem pháo hoa Disneyland vào khoảng 9 giờ tối. Tôi không biết ở đó có hồ bơi, nhưng nếu biết thì tôi đã mang theo đồ bơi rồi! Có bỏng ngô không giới hạn trong hồ bơi, nhưng bọn trẻ làm đổ hết ra hành lang và tổ chức tiệc bỏng ngô, khiến việc đi lại trở nên khó khăn. Ước gì họ chú trọng hơn đến cơ sở vật chất và vệ sinh. Mọi thứ khác đều tuyệt vời."

"ディズニーから徒歩10分かからないぐらいで便利でした。 部屋も清潔感があり困ることはなかったです。 コーヒーメーカー、電子レンジ、ドライヤーはありました。 シャンプー、トリートメントは備え付けがありましたがボディーソープはなかったです。（トリートメントが2つあったのでミス？の可能性もあり） 固形石鹸があったので手洗いと兼用なのかもしれません。 シャワーは固定。夜中と朝でお湯の温度が違います。 夜中に入るとMAXまで温度を上げてもぬるいです。 フロントの方も親切でわからない英語があると翻訳を使って説明してくれました。 朝8:00頃に到着しましたがチェックインしてもらえました。"

"El hotel está bien situado para ir a Disney, con paradas de autobús, buenos servicios alrededor y el hotel recién reformado muy limpio,,, solo tiene un problema, el tema de insonorización está muy mal, si te toca una habitación de la planta baja vas a oír todas las pisadas y la TV de los vecinos de al lado, pero si solo vas a dormir como yo cuando hemos venido de Disney, no vas a tener problemas ya que llegas reventado. El desayuno ligero y la cafetera deberían de poner alguna más profesional y no la de cápsulas,, pero el precio del hotel es insuperable,,, calidad precio no vas a encontrar nada mejor por la zona."

"Very nice hotel, very clean, in a good location. It didn't have breakfast included like most of the other Hilton locations, but there's a Starbucks inside (albeit charging more than the already expensive Starbucks prices). The view was great! Unfortunately, Disney canceled the fireworks on our arrival, so we didn't get to see them from our room, but that's not a hotel issue."

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"Cosy environment! Min’s drive to eateries and amenities. Comes with microwave oven. Breakfast spread is the same every day, but no complaints! Clean and tidy. Best if it comes with water boiler since we have kids!"

Chỉ mất khoảng 20 phút đi bộ, nên bạn có thể đi bộ đến công viên mà không cần phải chờ xe đưa đón. Mặc dù đắt hơn khu vực xung quanh, tôi nghĩ nếu giá khoảng 20 đô la một đêm, tính cả phí Uber, thì đây vẫn là lựa chọn đáng cân nhắc."

"Conveniently located to Disneyland! Merely 10 minutes walk from the hotel through the Disney town and there you go, Disneyland! Indeed a good neighbourhood Disney hotel! It was 5 mins away from the Pixar Hotel. So it was a good deal! The breakfast was a spread, you may request for a take out boxes too especially if you are all set for the rope drop! The room was large yet coziness for a good night sleep after a tiring day! Book early to avoid disappointment!"
