The hotel is very good. Staff are very kind and attentive and always ready to serve you and answer to your requests with a smile on their face. Front desk staff are amazing. It was our wedding aniversary and they gave us an upgraded room with a pool and sea view and had it decorated! Highly appreciated. The food was great in all restaurants. The only ”less positive” (not a critic) thing I would say was that the BLU restaurant which is supposedly for seafood, but on the evening we were there, had no seafood (at least what we consider as seafood in Portugal) and was mainly about fish, which was all well cooked in any case and we did enjoy the food. The facilities around the pool area are very good. Bar at the pool side serving pizza and hot snacks all day! Kids area and a bar serving drinks all day. 24/7 Cafeteria in the hotel lobby. Pastry and f drinks plenty of of high quality. Could not ask for more honestly. If we´re ever back in Agadir, this will with no doubt be the place where we´ll be staying! Direct access to the beach

Professional, polite and very caring and willing to help. Need a taxi to get to the main promenade, or it’s about 45-60mins walk along the beach. Exceptionally clean! Great buffet breakfast Lots of seating, private and open Heated outdoor pool, but not warm enough Welcome and checkout was easy Housekeeping staff are AMAZING

The hotel is great value for money. The food on offer is varied and delicious, however you should attend the buffets as soon as they open. The location near the beach is like a dream, I highly recommend a sea view so you can hear the waves. The refurbished rooms are very modern. The service from the animation team is good. The rest of the staff are very unhappy and unfriendly, especially reception and the bar tenders as they are understaffed by the management.

Bon rapport Qualité prix ( je parle des appartements, l’hotel est un peu plus cher ) personnel sympa, emplacement pas mal a 10 min de la plage. Equipement a renouveler et petit déjeuner a améliorer surtout penser a changer le jus d’orange industriel..C’est pas bon du tout !!

For breakfast only option for Omlates stayed 5 days and had 3 different type of Omlates should have been more option. not gona book this hotel again

Very nice place. Open with lots of space around the multiple swimming pools. Main pool busy but others quiet. There is a lot of walking to do as it's a big complex. Fun animations team. More English travellers so more staff speaking better English. Food is ok, small selection at breakfast, bigger selection at lunch and good choice of different meals for dinner. Lovely friendly helpful staff in general. Good value for money. Nice big spa for different treatments and good service. Lots of cats as is normal in a lot of hotels

Очень странный отель. Давольно популярен, судя по количеству проживающих. Но мы столкнулись со следующими проблемами: полное отсутствие полотенец, не работающий унитаз (к нам приходили его чинить дважды и все равно после ухода мастера он не работал), не работает вайфай, не работают каналы телевизора, а тк не работал и вайфай-что то посмотреть было невозможно, маленькая парковка (места на ней появляются только часов в 11 утра, далее машины начинают ставить в два ряда, а близлежайшие парковки платные), очереди в столовую (такое я вообще впервые видела). Проживали 2 дня, не понравилось Приехали в 14, заселение с 15. Ждали пока подготовят наш номер, вернулись в отель в 17:30, дали ключи от неубранного номера, позже дали ключ от другого номера, проблемы с другим номером перечислила выш

This hotel was perfect for our family. The hotel is in a convenient location, clean and the price is value for money. Can’t complain about the hotel and its facilities and the price reflects. It had everything we needed, a bath/shower, toilet, kitchen facilities and large bedrooms. No balcony however small courtyard/garden area for each apartment. The were minimal food on offer for breakfast so we knew not to go for this restraunt for us again. However pools was on offer which was cold and relatively clean (we have stayed at pricier hotels in agadir and they was about the same temperature swimming pools!) so can’t complain for the price as we thoroughly enjoyed our experience and holiday at apart hotel tagadirt.

Great hotel for money multiple pools the only downside is waiting to get drinks at the pool bar but theres enough going on to have a good time
