Khách Sạn Hàng Đầu Tại Milan Có Spa

Service from the front desk was excellent. Always helpful, with excellent recommendations for restaurants. Very responsive to our requests. Right next door to the Duomo. Our room was modern and clean with the necessary amenities. Nothing pretentious. Excellent front desk service was the standout. Highly recommned.

The hotel is right next to Milan central train station which is perfect for transit. May not be so convenient to travel around Duomo. Taxi to Duomo costs around Eur16-20. Hotel has prepared a bottle of brut and some nuts and candies as welcome gifts which are very surprised to me and my boyfriend. The bathroom is spacious and provided with branded amenities. Bed is comfortable with smooth linen. The room comes with a small balcony which is perfect for some photoshoots. One thing annoyed me is the WiFi, the connection is so bad that I barely can use for working. Eventually I use my own 5G network then personal hotspot for connection.

Receptionists are very helpful and nice. All drinks are complimentary at the room. Welcome drinks are provided at roof bar. Only the gym opens from 7-10 and it’s highly suggested 24 hours open for convenience.

Don’t be fooled by the pictures of the spa! You have to pre-book a slot, it’s only open from 5pm and it’s €30 per person per visit. If you check the small print it does say there is an additional fee…but I think it’s very misleading. Also all the adverts show people drinking in the spa- you couldn’t unless you bought the €180 champagne and fruit package. Apparently it’s safer to have a full glass bottle in a spa than two glasses…! We were told on the first night that breakfast could not be ordered to your room and room service was only available from 12pm. The location is a bit far away from everything but near the central station so that’s handy if you’re travelling by train. The rooms were nice, clean and the staff were friendly. Jean on reception was especially helpful.

優點：房間升級到了premium，酒店和房間都很香，minibar和冰箱裏的都是免費的，一個pad可以控制整個房間，早飯內容豐富有冷的也有熱的，服務很熱情還會記得客人名字來打招呼，最喜歡的是room service的club sandwich超乎預期的好吃！ 缺點：沒有HBO，房間牆上的開關太亮了晚上非常影響睡覺，淋浴房門口沒有鈎子不方便放毛巾。

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

The location is spot on. Walking distance to the duomo and the shopping districts and 4 mins walk to Armani Hotel and metro. I didn’t like that the lobby and the lift seems of a different generation from modern times. It’s really old and lift doesn’t bring the confidence it needs. I stayed at one of the renovated rooms and I felt the LED lights changer is unnecessary and the TV in the toilet is good to have but not a must. The electronics between main and toilet tv also doesn’t work too well. I have heard reviews from others that things have been stolen before so I always put my Do not disturb on. But somehow whenever I go out the DNC always gets reset so I had to put the door pamphlet DNC.

Super good location for us , walking distance to Milan Centrale & sightseeing bus stop, It’s not a new building, but still good maintenance , We did comfortable staying

Thứ nhất, khách sạn rất mới và nằm ở vị trí trung tâm, giúp bạn dễ dàng đi bộ đến hầu hết các điểm tham quan hoặc chỉ mất 10 phút đi phương tiện giao thông công cộng. Khách sạn không lớn, nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi và dịch vụ thân thiện. Tuy phòng hơi nhỏ, nhưng giường và khăn trải giường rất thoải mái, và mọi thứ đều được chăm sóc chu đáo. Khách sạn đặc biệt tốt, nhất là với hiệu sách nhỏ và nhà hàng ăn sáng liền kề (cũng là một quán bar nhỏ, rất lý tưởng để chụp ảnh). Thực đơn bữa sáng không bị giới hạn, nhưng vẫn khá ngon. Mỗi người có thể gọi một món chính, và tôi đã chọn các món khác nhau trong ba đêm lưu trú, tất cả đều rất ngon. Hoa quả, bánh quy và nước chanh cũng có sẵn tại quầy lễ tân.
