We honestly wanted to gatekeep this place… but it’s too special not to share. From the moment we arrived until the very end of our stay, we absolutely loved it. It’s the perfect spot for anyone who appreciates a quiet, clean, and cozy atmosphere. The supermarket and metro are just a short walk away, which made everything so convenient. We will definitely be coming back again.

Our stay at the Lancaster Hotel in Milan was absolutely wonderful, thanks to the exceptional service and thoughtful gestures from the staff. We had a special request for an early check-in and a late check-out due to our travel schedule, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. This kind of flexibility and understanding made our trip so much more comfortable, and we truly appreciated their kindness. The staff at the front desk was a gem! The breakfast at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. It was far beyond the standard continental breakfast—there was a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from, catering to all our morning needs. The cappuccino was particularly delightful, and the staff serving breakfast were always smiling, polite, and attentive. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality these days, and it made our mornings even more enjoyable. Overall, the Lancaster Hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and thoughtful touches made our stay memorable. Tôi ở một đêm trong phòng đơn, phòng rộng hơn tôi tưởng, giường cũng vậy (giường 3/4 chứ không phải giường đơn). Tủ lạnh loại nhỏ gọn và tôi rất vui vì két sắt trong phòng đủ lớn để đựng máy tính xách tay. Có lẽ điều duy nhất còn thiếu là dụng cụ pha trà hoặc cà phê. Mọi thứ đều rất sạch sẽ. Điều kỳ lạ duy nhất là quầy lễ tân hoàn toàn bằng kính với một khe nhỏ ở ngang tầm bàn, khiến tôi phải cúi xuống để nghe nhân viên lễ tân nói gì... điều này không tạo ấn tượng ”thân thiện” lắm khi mới đến. Khu vực xung quanh khách sạn rất đẹp với nhiều quán cà phê và nhà hàng. Ngoài ra còn có một siêu thị lớn, rất tốt n*** gần đó. Nhìn chung, một kỳ nghỉ dễ chịu và chắc chắn tôi sẽ quay lại.

Location is excellent and less than 3 min walkj g disrance to Central Station. Room is clean and spacious. Only suggestion is to provide hair conditioning for guests.

I stayed in this hotel with my friend for travelling. It is really close to the centralle station and all the restaurants. So it was so convenient for us while staying. The staffs were really kind and nice. They explained everything really well. The building was a little old, but it was nice and clean. I think most of the buildings in Milan are old, so it wasn’t a problem for us. In general, we satisfied staying here. they also provided shampoo and body wash, but didn’t provide the hair rinse, so we hadd to buy one from the other store. It isn’t an essential thing, but would been better if we had that since we have long hair. But as I mentioned earlier, we really satisfied about staying here!
