"I recently stayed at Harris Hotel Batam and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The hotel's location is simply outstanding—situated right next to the Batam Center Ferry Terminal, it’s incredibly convenient for travelers, especially those arriving from Singapore. I appreciated how easy it was to check in and head directly to my room without any hassle.
One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent sea view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the water was refreshing and set a lovely tone for each day. Additionally, being directly opposite Mega Mall was a delightful bonus. With a plethora of dining and shopping options just a short walk away, I had plenty to explore, from local eateries to international food chains.
The international breakfast spread at the hotel was impressive, featuring a wide array of dishes including delicious local Indonesian options as well as familiar Western choices. Whether it was the mouthwatering nasi goreng or the variety of fresh fruits available, I loved starting my day with such a hearty meal.
I also want to commend the hotel staff for their friendliness and attentiveness. I requested a non-smoking, quiet room upon check-in, and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Their warm service certainly enhanced the experience.
While my room was slightly dated, it was generally clean, and the comfortable bed made for restful nights. The slight age of the furnishings didn’t detract from my overall satisfaction with the stay.
In summary, Harris Hotel Batam strikes a perfect balance between convenience, comfort, and hospitality. The strategic location, scenic views, excellent breakfast, and responsive staff make it a solid choice for anyone visiting Batam. I would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!"

FFlying NibbaA very good It was a decent place for a staycation. the room was neat and clean, and the facilities were good as well. There was a wide variety of options at the breakfast area, although one small downside for me was that many of the good dishes were cooked with beef (which I’m allergic to).
Overall, the experience was amazing. The hotel basically has everything you need, and for a one-night stay, the price is very affordable. I paid around RM250 (about SGD 85) for a night. I would highly recommend this place to couples and families who are travelling on a budget.

We recently stayed at Barelang Resort Batam for a family getaway, and it turned out to be one of the most relaxing and kid-friendly trips we’ve had in a while.
🌅 Location & Scenery
The resort sits right by the water near the iconic Barelang Bridge, so the views—especially during sunrise and sunset—are beautiful. It’s quiet, peaceful, and away from the city crowd, making it perfect for families who want to unwind.
🏨 Rooms
The rooms are spacious and clean, and many come with balcony views facing the sea or the pool. Perfect for families with kids who need space to move around. Housekeeping was quick and helpful throughout our stay.

This resort is truly built for families:

• Plenty of open areas for kids to run around

The resort is a bit further from Nagoya/center, but Grab is easily available. The peaceful location is worth the extra travel time. Plus, Barelang Bridge and several seaside attractions are nearby.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn DanhI had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel is generally clean and the front desk staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. The room itself was tidy and the bathroom was in good condition.
However, we stayed in Room 426 and had a very difficult time sleeping. The bed makes a lot of loud noise every time you turn over, which made it almost impossible to get a good night's rest. If you are looking for quality sleep, I would recommend requesting a different room.
The worst part is I forgot to ask for changing another room😇😇😇

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

All was good except that your breakfast can be improve with more selection like having a egg live station and a porridge section. Bread toaster as well was not working well, waited for 20mins and still the bread is not well toasted. We decided to go over to Golden View Hotel and pay for our breakfast on the 2nd morning.
We had dinner on out first night but was disappointed with your dessert. Both the lava and cheese cake taste like it been kept for weeks, does not taste fresh.

Khi tôi đến vào ngày đầu tiên, tôi đã đến khá sớm để Nhận phòng, do đó tôi đã kiểm tra lại đặt phòng của mình và thực sự đã được thưởng cho việc Nhận phòng sớm theo Cấp Kim cương. Nhân viên lễ tân đã nâng cấp phòng của tôi từ Deluxe lên Executive! Thật tốt khi cô ấy thực sự nghe thấy Yêu cầu của tôi khi đến nơi. Chắc chắn sẽ trở lại trong những đêm dài hơn!
