The location is perfect for exploring the city, with many top attractions within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to provide recommendations or answer any questions. One of the highlights of the hotel was the sauna, where I was able to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, I would highly recommend the Maritim ProArte Hotel to anyone visiting Berlin and looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The staff at the front desk, particularly the ladies, were delightful and provided excellent service. However, I did encounter some challenges during the check-in process due to the initial inefficiency of one staff member (one of the men)
Once settled in, I was immediately captivated by the enormity and impeccable decor of the bedroom. It was a truly luxurious space. The bathroom was equally impressive, boasting a generous size that enhanced the overall comfort of the stay. Given these remarkable features, I can confidently say that I would choose to stay at this place again in the future.
Regrettably, there was a noticeable issue with the sheets. They emitted a particular smell that slightly detracted from an otherwise outstanding experience. It would be beneficial for the management to address this concern promptly, ensuring that guests can fully indulge in the exceptional qualities of the accommodation.

AAngelinchinaI travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin.
I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip.
Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do.
This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager.
I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel.
I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience.
Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

TTài khoản kháchDissappointing... We come here for more than six years, and it goes seamlessly down. In the evening is the sauna neglected, nobody comes to replenish towels and water cups, not to mention that ”renovation” meant the removal of the fridge, which used to offer free soft drinks and bottled water after the saune. Just two sorts of tea (if you can sustain that four kind of black tea means four sorts of tea...). Nobody controls the sauna temperature anymore, one day it was crispy hot, last time one could fall asleep inside...
The rooms cannot be heated, just cooled. If you try to turn air condition off, you can´t, and they need the approval of the building´s owner to change the set temperature for the entire hotel. Last time they offered us a heater, now we had to change room for extra charge.
All staff seemed overwhelmed with the complaints, except for apologies there is nothing to get in exchange for the wasted time and money...
Room keys don´t always work in the elevator or on the floor. Extra coding for the sauna works every now and then.
Staff overwhelmed, room orders come very late or not at all. No coffee sets whatsoever.

Quảng trường Alexanderplatz nằm n*** phía sau khách sạn!
Thật thuận tiện vì có nhiều điểm du lịch nằm trong khoảng cách đi bộ và có nhiều nhà hàng và trung tâm mua sắm!!
Đây là sự lựa chọn tốt nhất nếu bạn đang lên kế hoạch cho một chuyến đi ngắn ngày.
View rộng mở nên mình không bị ngột ngạt và hài lòng!! Tôi khuyến khích điều đó!
Tuy nhiên trong phòng không có tủ lạnh... Có thể sẽ thất vọng hơn nếu bạn đặt khách sạn vào mùa hè. Và các phòng đều rất nhỏ
Phòng tắm được làm bằng kính trong suốt nên có thể không phù hợp để ở cùng gia đình (có rèm nhưng không thể che được mọi thứ.)
Nếu bạn dự định ở lại Berlin trong thời gian dài và không đi du lịch cùng gia đình đồng giới, bạn có thể cần phải suy nghĩ về điều đó.
Tuy nhiên, vì vị trí quá hoàn hảo nên khách sạn này được khuyến khích cho những khách du lịch ngắn ngày!!
