IIzzaPizzaThật sự rất thích kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi tại khách sạn này! Dịch vụ tuyệt vời của nhân viên đã làm cho tuần trăng mật của chúng tôi ngọt ngào hơn nhiều. Mọi người đều thân thiện, tốt bụng và luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ. Phòng thực sự đẹp và phòng xông hơi khô và bồn tắm mở là một bất ngờ thú vị! Bữa sáng cũng rất ngon. Các tiện nghi như khu vực chăm sóc sức khỏe bao gồm bồn ngâm chân, ghế hồng ngoại, bồn tắm nước nóng, v.v.

HHarmonickFor a truly memorable stay in Zermatt, look no further than the Traditional Julen Hotel. We travelled throughout Switzerland, and the view from our Matterhorn room was hands down the best we experienced. Waking up to that iconic peak every morning was simply breathtaking.
The service at the Julen is impeccable. The staff is incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to meet every need we had, making us feel truly welcome. Speaking of needs, be sure to grab a bite at their downstairs restaurant. The food is excellent, though the space is a little on the cozy (some might say claustrophobic) side. Don't let that deter you, though - the culinary experience is well worth it.
Overall, the Traditional Julen Hotel is a fantastic choice. Splurge on the Matterhorn room for an unforgettable view, and rest assured knowing you'll be taken care of by a truly exceptional team. Highly recommended!

CcathymancatI love the philosophy of this hotel, sustainable development and zen! The staff is very friendly and give me good suggestions all the time! The sourdough from the bakery is extremely nice. I love their pizza, cinnamon rolls and cookie! The grill room provide delicious meat and wine! The breakfast is super yummy! The room is very cozy and warm! I love the rainforest shower, the furniture and the books! The spa centre and the garden make me relax! I will come back and recommend to everyone!

Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable.
Very near the zermatt train station, just opposite of Macdonald’s.
Breakfast had a good selection.
Housekeeping would check in on you and offer free chocolates.
The only feedback I have is the room didn’t provide English instructions on how to dial the concierge so I had to walk down to request for items.

Nestled high above Zermatt, the Riffelhaus 1853 is accessible via the Gornergrat railway, making the journey itself an adventure. Once you arrive, you’re greeted by panoramic mountain views in every direction, with the iconic Matterhorn standing proudly in front of you. The setting is perfect for ski-in/ski-out access in winter and stunning hiking trails in summer.
Rooms – 9/10
The rooms are cozy, modern, and well-equipped while still maintaining a classic Swiss alpine charm. Many rooms come with Matterhorn views, and waking up to this scenery is an experience in itself. The beds are comfortable, and the rustic wooden decor gives a warm, welcoming feel. Some rooms have balconies, which I highly recommend booking for the full experience.
Service – 9/10
The staff is friendly, professional, and attentive. Despite the hotel’s remote location, the service is top-notch, with staff going out of their way to accommodate special requests. From seamless check-in to helpful local recommendations, they make the stay even more special.
Dining – 8.5/10
The on-site restaurant serves delicious Swiss cuisine, including traditional dishes like fondue and rösti. The breakfast is generous, featuring fresh bread, cheeses, meats, and eggs cooked to order. The only downside is that, due to the remote location, dining options are limited to the hotel restaurant, but the quality makes up for it.
Wellness & Spa – 10/10
The outdoor hot tub with a view of the Matterhorn is an absolute highlight! There’s also a sauna and steam bath, perfect after a day of skiing or hiking. Soaking in the warm water while surrounded by snow-capped peaks is an experience worth every penny.
Activities – 10/10
Winter: Perfect for skiing, as the hotel is directly on the slopes. The ski room is convenient, and the access to the Gornergrat ski area is unbeatable.
Summer: Incredible hiking trails with direct access to the Gornergratbahn for easy excursions to higher altitudes.

Khách sạn nằm ngay đối diện với chùa nhưng đừng nghĩ quá nhiều và bạn ổn! Phòng nhỏ nhưng ấm cúng (ảnh của tôi có góc rộng nên có vẻ lớn hơn)
Khách sạn rất hữu ích giúp gói gói bento ăn sáng cho tôi vì tôi sẽ đi trước giờ ăn sáng (chỉ thông báo ngày trước). Tôi cũng đã quản lý giữ hành lý sau khi thanh toán tại khu vực chung (không có khóa và chìa khóa) và lấy nó sau đó.

NNgười Dùng Ẩn Danhthe location is good, located near the cable car up the matterhorn! we were given a room located in the annex building, which you have to go out into the open before assessing (q inconvenient..). there were also limited amenities (no kettle, no soap etc). the breakfast tho.... was worth it! (-: staff from the kitchen was also proactive and helpful!

NNYTravelsWe love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre .
We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive.
Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in.
The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints.
Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.
