Khách Sạn Hàng Đầu Tại Zermatt Có Spa

Lovely stay! Got the matterhorn view suite and it was so beautiful! The receptionist was also very helpful with guiding us with what we can do at Zermatt! However, need to take note that their reception will only be there till 10pm. It’s actually stated but I didn’t read it so when I arrived Zermatt train station at 11pm, I panicked a little. We flag down the taxi at my own cost, 18chf for 3 people and luggages, they dont provide free taxi after 10pm. Also, the entrance door will be closed/locked after 10pm, we rang the bell and the door opened and they left the key with a letter on the counter for the check in. The breakfast place is also overlooking the Matterhorn and it’s so pretty. Stayed for only 1 night but really enjoyed my stay there!

The family run hotel promoted their sustainability ethos, in the choice of building materials and the food provided at breakfast. Very helpful staff went out of their way to ensure a great stay.

這家酒店簡直是我們的lucky酒店！我們在這裏結束了瑞士的悽風苦雨，終於看到了馬特洪峯！這家酒店自己本身也很棒，室內的佈置和設計，都很小巧思地用了馬特洪峯的元素，而且我們昨天晚上六七點才臨時預訂，前台小姐姐給我們升級了房型，房間好大，還帶一個大陽台，房間有免費的咖啡和茶，她們家的早餐也很棒，因為早上趕着去上山，都沒有拍照片，但早餐非常豐富，草莓、獼猴桃等各種新鮮水果，培根、烤腸等剛煎好的肉食，還有西蘭花、蘑菇等蔬菜，以及各種麪包，果汁牛奶，甚至是可以鮮榨橙汁，還可以去吧枱點一杯卡布奇諾，總之就是能吃的很滿足了！最最最棒的就是這家酒店還有接送服務，本來我們要拖着大箱子走十幾分鍾去火車站，小車車直接就送我們去啦，幾分鐘，超快就到了！我保證，下次來采爾馬特，絕對還住這家！

Thật sự rất thích kỳ nghỉ của chúng tôi tại khách sạn này! Dịch vụ tuyệt vời của nhân viên đã làm cho tuần trăng mật của chúng tôi ngọt ngào hơn nhiều. Mọi người đều thân thiện, tốt bụng và luôn sẵn lòng giúp đỡ. Phòng thực sự đẹp và phòng xông hơi khô và bồn tắm mở là một bất ngờ thú vị! Bữa sáng cũng rất ngon. Các tiện nghi như khu vực chăm sóc sức khỏe bao gồm bồn ngâm chân, ghế hồng ngoại, bồn tắm nước nóng, v.v.

Everything is excellent. I was very impress by the view of Matterhorn. I will strongly recommend to my families and friends to stay at Alpen Resort & Spa. There are lots of indoor activities and facilities to enjoy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Very near the zermatt train station, just opposite of Macdonald’s. Breakfast had a good selection. Housekeeping would check in on you and offer free chocolates. The only feedback I have is the room didn’t provide English instructions on how to dial the concierge so I had to walk down to request for items.

the location is good, located near the cable car up the matterhorn! we were given a room located in the annex building, which you have to go out into the open before assessing (q inconvenient..). there were also limited amenities (no kettle, no soap etc). the breakfast tho.... was worth it! (-: staff from the kitchen was also proactive and helpful!

Tốt! Nhìn chung khuyến khích! Vị trí tốt, cần đi bộ từ ga nhưng có thể quản lý với 1 hành lý. Khách sạn nằm ngay đối diện với chùa nhưng đừng nghĩ quá nhiều và bạn ổn! Phòng nhỏ nhưng ấm cúng (ảnh của tôi có góc rộng nên có vẻ lớn hơn) Khách sạn rất hữu ích giúp gói gói bento ăn sáng cho tôi vì tôi sẽ đi trước giờ ăn sáng (chỉ thông báo ngày trước). Tôi cũng đã quản lý giữ hành lý sau khi thanh toán tại khu vực chung (không có khóa và chìa khóa) và lấy nó sau đó.
