Khách Sạn Hàng Đầu Tại Melbourne Có Spa

Lần đầu tiên chúng tôi ở Park Hyatt Melbourne và trải nghiệm không thể nào tuyệt vời hơn. Khách sạn hơi xa trung tâm thành phố nhưng có những ưu điểm riêng như vườn đẹp hơn, yên tĩnh hơn và sân trong khá rộng rãi. Khách sạn và phòng ốc mang lại cho tôi nét trang trí của những năm 1900, khá ấn tượng. Phòng rộng rãi và được trang bị đầy đủ tiện nghi, và tôi đặc biệt thích thương hiệu Le Labo được sử dụng trong phòng tắm. Trải nghiệm ẩm thực cao cấp thực sự tuyệt vời, với nhạc acoustic khá hay. Nhìn chung, kỳ nghỉ rất dễ chịu và tôi chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Sinh nhật của chúng tôi là ngày 20 tháng 8, và sau khi tôi báo với lễ tân, họ không những không chào hỏi (thậm chí không một lời chúc mừng sinh nhật đơn giản nào!) mà còn bảo tôi tự đi mua bánh. Khách sạn hoàn toàn không cung cấp dịch vụ hay tiện nghi nào. Mức độ dịch vụ này hoàn toàn trái ngược với Crown Hotels và khiến tôi vô cùng thất vọng! Tôi đã báo cáo vấn đề này với lễ tân khi trả phòng, và mặc dù họ đã xin lỗi và mời tôi rượu sâm panh, nhưng đã quá muộn. Sinh nhật chỉ diễn ra mỗi năm một lần, nên điều đó thực sự đáng thất vọng! Tiện nghi: Khách sạn nhìn chung còn mới. Vòi sen có vòi sen cầm tay, rất phù hợp với gia đình (nhiều khách sạn ở Úc không có vòi sen cầm tay). Bộ đồ giường rất thoải mái, và chúng tôi được cung cấp đồ vệ sinh cá nhân, nước uống và dép đi trong nhà, mặc dù chúng tôi tự mang theo, vì nhiều khách sạn ở Úc không có. Vệ sinh: Khách sạn rất sạch sẽ, và bồn tắm thoải mái cho trẻ em. Môi trường: Khách sạn nằm ở vị trí tuyệt vời, thuận tiện cho việc ăn uống và di chuyển. Có một sòng bạc gần đó nên có rất nhiều phương tiện giao thông, nhưng tất cả các phòng nghỉ đều chấp nhận thẻ tín dụng, điều này rất đáng tin cậy.

Dịch vụ khách sạn rất tốt. Chúng tôi đến sớm và lễ tân đã hỗ trợ chúng tôi nhận phòng sớm. Việc trả phòng cũng rất nhanh chóng sau khi rời đi. 👍🏼 Bữa sáng cũng rất thịnh soạn, với nhiều lựa chọn. 👍🏼 Khách sạn có vị trí thuận tiện, gần trạm xe buýt. 👍🏼 Điểm trừ duy nhất là tiện nghi phòng hơi cũ, nhưng vẫn chấp nhận được!

Từ nhà ga đi bộ đến bến xe buýt mất khoảng 5-10 phút, khá thuận tiện. Tin vui cho những ai cần ở lại qua đêm để kịp chuyến bay sớm. Bữa sáng tự chọn của nhà hàng được khuyến khích. Chất lượng và hiệu suất chi phí đều tốt. Bạn cũng có thể thư giãn với bạn bè bằng cách nhâm nhi đồ uống vào buổi tối. Phòng có một số khuyết điểm: thiết kế phòng tắm bằng kính mờ không được chu đáo, không cản được ánh sáng hoặc có ánh sáng yếu, ảnh hưởng đến giấc ngủ của những người khác trong phòng (nếu bạn sống một mình thì không sao). Nhìn chung là tốt, tôi có thể cân nhắc ở lại lần nữa

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery Collection. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making us feel welcome and well cared for. The room was beautifully styled, clean, and very comfortable perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and of high quality. The absolute highlight of our stay was the swimming pool. It was stunning, with incredible views and a calm, luxurious atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy some quiet time. The hotel’s location was also ideal, right next to Chadstone Shopping Centre, which made everything so convenient. Overall, a truly 5-star experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Melbourne!

I stayed at house 13 on March 10 2025, and there a gang of black people having a party over the night at house 12. I don't want to discrimate people and I used the word ”black” merely to describe that group of people that night. The music is very loud, and from time to time there are heavy drum beats which you can feel the vibration from the floor, and sometimes they knocked the wall of the townhouse separating house 13 / 12, and I supposed no one can sleep under this situation. Both my wife and me could not sleep but scared because they are young & strong black males. Finally we turned on the light at 2 a.m. and open the curtain to tell them to quiet from our 1/F balcony when 3 of them were arguing with a woman loudly in the common backyard. They ignored and continued! At 5 p.m. it's raining but I could not tolerate anymore, I went out to tell them silence please! A big tall black guy (not brown, very black) said ” I got you!”. Frankly speaking, I was a little bit scare., but what elase I could do?! When the reception open next day (house 1?), I complained and requested a change of room (actually house). The reception ladies are very friendly and they said they had reported the police twice that night for the noise is too loud & affecting many customers staying at different houses that night. But they do the same regardless the police warning. According to the reception, she had blacklisted this customer from booking the Quest hotel chain nationalwide (Australia) anymore. When I returned to the hotel the other day, I got a thank you card apologize for what had happened together with a bottle of wine for the inconvenience caused. Although I had a nightmare in this hotel, I think it is a one-off incident, and I will still recomend this service apartment.

Love staying here. All the staff are really friendly and the rooms are always clean and comfortable.

Location: The hotel is situated in a very quiet area, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Nights were serene with barely any car noise. It’s about a 10-minute drive to a nearby mall with Coles, Kmart, and other essentials—super convenient. For travelers, it’s around 40 minutes from the airport, which is manageable. Cleanliness: This was a mixed bag. Upon entering, we noticed a burnt iron mark and several purple stains on the carpet. We made sure to report these to reception immediately due to the $300 AUD bond fee, to avoid being held responsible. Being close to a lake or river meant encountering mosquitoes and some large flies. We also found spiders in the bathroom, but we managed to catch and release them outdoors. Towels provided were an issue—one was dirty when we checked in, and even the replacement towel the next day had stains. However, the beds were spotless, which was a relief. Service: The front desk staff were excellent—friendly, thorough, and accommodating. They explained all the amenities, including the location of the gym and pool, and handled our late checkout request graciously. Facilities: Although I didn’t personally use the gym or pool, the in-room facilities stood out. The smart TV was a bonus, with access to YouTube, Disney+, and Prime Video, ensuring entertainment for the family. Room: The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with two bedrooms flanking a central living room. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, complete with an exhaust fan to keep the heat out. The beds were the highlight—so soft and comfortable, providing an excellent night’s sleep. Overall: While the initial issues with bugs were unpleasant (I dislike insects), once we cleared them out, the stay became very enjoyable. The spacious layout, serene environment, and cozy beds made it a pleasant experience overall.
