Fo Staff need to well train how to talk with the guest, she wasn’t checked my ID card properly then she just said she couldn't find my name on the reservation. So I remind her to read and spell my name properly. Eventhough I really love the room and facilities. Also FB service staff was somuch helpfull and nicely.

Stay there one night only. The hotel is beyond my expectation, friendly staffs. Had dinner at 5th floor and enjoy the time with friends. Also good breakfast.

Pleasant stay. Good service. Clean rooms. The balcony is a bit waste of space, rather had a bigger room. The room was not ready even at 6pm. We got an offer to check out late. The reception hostess should have offered to get us to dine or have something to drink at the bar while waiting for the room. But overall staff offer pleasant service.

The hotel is located not far from subway , has several restaurants and spa with a swimming pool. The rooms are clean and nice, the Thai restaurant at the swimming pool makes very nice smoothies. The only disadvantage is that it’s cashless and for travelers that first time come to Jakarta it’s very complicated.

It is my second time staycation at Ra.  The bed is comfortable, and everything worked well. I was lucky to get the sunrise view out of my room big window. They serve wide variety of good food. In term of location, it is within walking distance to the MRT station and a mall.

Loved it from the moment I stepped inside the lobby until I got in the taxi to leave , could not fault anything at all , do yourself a favour and pay extra for breakfast , the choices are huge , staff is great and very courteous and very helpful , gym has everything you need for a great workout to start the day , when in Jakarta this hotel is going to be my home away from home .

For breakfast for the 19th floor the team really so lazy ,this happened this morning at 8 30am the girls wear red dress just sit doing her think at desk and computer when I'm coming and when I am asked her do they have rice. And she's answering and still sitting at the desk not move.that really bad. That never happened before at Ra Suite Simatupang that's why I'm back but this time I'm really disappointed

The best hotel we've stayed at in Jakarta. Outdoor pool area is perfect for families. Gym is well equipped with everything you need for a great work out. Room was spacious and clean. The lobby is huge with so many nice spots to sit and do some reading.Would book again if I visit Jakarta.

The hotel is perfect for family. we took 2 bedroom. as we have small kids, the stove comes in handy to make their porridge. there's a kids club too which was relatively small but still good enough for our toddlers. the breakfast buffet had good choices of food. there in room dining choices was plenty. However, we tried the rasaspa for an hour massage. they weren't welcoming didn't even ask what type of massage we wanted eventho there was 4 types of massage on their brochure. was very boring compared to other spas ive been to. there's no background music so it was completely silent in the room (very awkward) and the masseuse phone kept vibrating. so didnt rlly enjoy the spa.

This was one of the best bang for buck stays I've ever had. I travel a lot and all over and the level of service and quality that one gets with this hotel is remarkable. The service is very good especially at breakfast. To add on more about breakfast, the breakfast itself is excellent. So much variety to choose from and freshly prepared. There's fresh pancakes, waffles and eggs made at the buffet. There's of course fresh made Asian dishes too but I'm a westerner living in China so I get excited for the Western comforts. The service at breakfast is top notch, everyone was very friendly and service oriented. There is a small mall nearby with many food options and even some decent massage places. Do note this hotel is not near anything touristy but my wife and I were not Jakarta for tourism as we had a work event. We would happily return.

The hotel staff were pleasant and professional. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable, but the shower drain was not cleaned so the water pooled after use. Overall had a good stay.

It is a nice and value for money hotel with friendly staff members who are accommodating.

A very nice hotel located at a good location. Room was very clean and equipped with full kitchenware. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again next time when visiting Jakarta👍🏼

The closet was yellowish so it gave me a bit of an ick, but other than that the room was great. Cold, functioning AC and complete amenities; spacious room and bathroom; and great view. Upon arrival to the room, the operator called me to ask if everything's OK and if I needed anything; I asked for my balcony door to be unlocked and they said someone was gonna come to unlock it for us, but no one came.
