We had a great stay. The location is around 8-10 mins walk from beautiful cliffs and beaches and there are plenty of bars and restaurants on the way.

Hotel com uma boa piscina e uma distância não muito longe da praia, cerca de 10 minutos de caminhada. Apartamentos com um bom espaço. Atendimento razoável, com funcionários na recepção pouco simpáticos.

Excelente as acomodações e o atendimento. Apartamento amplo, com cozinha equipada, máquina de lavar e secar roupas. Fomos muito bem recebidos. Recomendo com certeza.

The hotel is very good overall! It is 15 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the medium-sized shopping mall and supermarket. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff in charge of the room are polite, especially Nelson, the receptionist, who is very helpful, friendly and polite. The only thing that wasn't ideal was that the bathroom towels were starting to get old. The direction you need to check in this time is toward the stadium. The lights of the stadium are very bright at night. An apar**ent hotel you will definitely stay in again!

Absolutely fantastic apar**ents, spotlessly clean and the location was excellent. 10 mins walk to a beautiful beach and 10 mins to a large supermarket and shopping mall. The apar**ent was fully equipped and plenty of space. It was cleaned every day and bedsheets and towels changed. Was a little noisy being close to the main road especially in the morning but I would highly recommend for all types. Will definitely be going back

We very much enjoyed our stay. Their place is beautiful, centrally located, and the service is always exceptional. We were surprised by the quality of the restaurant and the apar**ents are spacious and ice cold AC. We strongly recommend.

Lovely apar**ent,spotlessly clean and well equipped. We asked for a toaster which was dropped up within 20mins. Lidl, Continente and Aldi supermarkets about 15 min walk away. Praia De Rocha main ***** 20-25 min walk away. We ended up going to Alvor most evenings via Uber which was very reasonable and there's a great choice of restaurants in Alvor. Praia deVau is close by and is a lovely beach but small gets very crowded. Would recommend going to Praia de Alvor also,beautiful, clean, large beach. Pool area really clean and well maintained. Opens at 10am. Not enough umbrellas though! WiFi really quick. And AC was good.

On the positive side the rooms are clean and spacious with all the amenities needed for a family of 4. Housekeepers very good, front desk very helpful and staff very friendly and accommodating. On the negative side the beds were really uncomfortable. The outdoor pool was really small for such a large complex with about 20 Sun loungers and only 6 umbrellas which meant you would need to be there at 7am to get a sniff of one. The pool is also west facing and in the shade until around 1pm which is pretty strange for a summer resort. We ended up walking to the beach every day which is 15-20mins away on foot. The local store is a 15min walk away in the opposite direction.

The Oceano Atlantico hotel is conveniently located in the rather picturesque Praia da Rocha area of Algarve. It is within walking distance of the beach (it takes approximately 15-20 minutes at a leisurely pace to get there) and there is also a Lidl store nearby. There are a number of football pitches and pools in the vicinity of the hotel, so it is likely to meet the expectations of people who are sports buffs. There were no problems pertaining to the check-in and the staff members were polite and attentive, with everyone being conversant in English. The rooms, which are akin to mini apar**ents, are rather spacious and all the necessary amenities are to be found, including towels, shampoo, soap, etc. There was a very wide selection of TV channels and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I enjoyed the quality of the food (the variety was good as well, but there weren’t that many confectionery desserts) and appreciated that the dinner was buffet-style, which tends to be my preference. A few of the meals appeared to be distinctly Portuguese. This hotel (while not necessarily as luxurious as some of the ones in Lisbon) is likely to appeal to many different travelers. I will definitely be happy to return!

We loved the layout of the rooms and it's fairly central location (about a 15 minute walk to the beach). We loved having a balcony to enjoy a morning coffee on. The room lacked some essentials - it has a full kitchen but nothing to wash dishes with (no soap or wash cloths) so we did our best with what we had. We also had to ask for a coffee maker to be dropped off in the room.

I booked 40 nights at this hotel during February and March. The staff behind the reception were friendly and very helpful. The house keeping for the apar**ents faultless. I had one very major problem, the noise. If your apar**ent is located on the front of the hotel you have the consistent traffic noise from the highway. If your apar**ent is located on the rear of the hotel you have three floodlit all weather football pitches that are in constant use. The noise from the matches was relentless. My first apar**ent was on the second floor. After a week the owner occupier moved into their apar**ent above me. I can only guess they were refurbishing it. The noise started at 08.00 and continued untill very late in the evening, often until 23.00. There was continued scraping across the floor above my head. Maybe constructing fitted furniture, who knows. I complained a few times and was moved to a very nice apar**ent on the seventh floor. Could not fault this apar**ent and it was an upgrade on the one I had booked. Sadly it overlooked the football pitches.........
