Wonderful stay filled with deep serenity. The room was spacious with a great sense of detail. The service was stunning, we enjoyed a rich conversation with Mr Muji at the breakfast restaurant. We intend to come more often to this exclusive place that promotes inner peace. Thank you.

Loved the suite. But no sauna, no jacuzzi. Couldn’t been better.

The hotel is beautiful, nearby the hotel there is a food court which is great. However when I entered the room, I found the slipper is with dirty stain which I believed this is not up to Four Seasons’ standard. When I texted their operation team about the issue, they just sent a new one to my room without further courtesy call .

I love staying at Four Seasons Jakarta, this is my 2nd time staying there. I will say Service in Four Seasons Jakarta is top notch! I really love and enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Jakarta.
