Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne commence qu’à partir de 7h. La lumière au sol de déclenche à chaque mouvements une vraie galère ! Dommage l’hôtel est bien situé et le personnel sympathique

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an Nisantasi, Taksim und Besiktas, jedoch war das Hotelzimmer nicht sauber, die Handtücher wurden nie gewechselt , jedesmal die selben ( einfach zusammen falten und wieder in die Schublade rein) so haben die es jeden Tag gemacht! Von der Rezeption möchte ich gar nicht mal reden! Echt traurig, dass man an einem 5 Sterne Hotel von den Rezeptionistin nicht mal begrüsst wird.

Good location for shopping

Far from attractions (30 minutes by car about), over-expensive, lazy cleaning, cocktail is about 25$ (650 tl), during checkout they give you not yours bills.

the room prices are over rated, although we had been upgraded to a corner room, but on check in the bed cover, and sheets were dirty, the towels were verybold, the Aircodetioner was not cooling. Location is OK, The reception team were nice but over all the room rate is expensive for such level,

The hotel and especially the receptionist Mustafa The room is under electricity, it turns off and on, and the air conditioner does not work After communicating with them, they wanted to move me to another, smaller room, without taking into account my reservation Also, when I asked to store my late checkout, the employee replied that he was busy with another customer service It indicates his unprofessionalism Bad experience I do not recommend

Not all hotel staff speak E. The roof family’s room NOT of the stander of 5 stars hotel , Aircond.is poor and curtains of poor quality.House keepers never mob the floor during my stay more than 2 weeks! The family room in the basement NOT of the standard of 5 stars hotels Upon checking out the manager at the reception asked for extra 350 EUR , saying that prices getting higher although I paid for my stay a nonrefundable in advance! Finally he accepted to settle it with 200EUR Breakfast was average

I was there for more than week in room #1508 I had the worst experience in my life, not knowing the room I stayed for a week had bedbugs . I have red spots all over my legs, it has been over a week since I left the hotel my legs still be inchy and uncomfortable I hope they take care of that problem before having guests in that room.

So Dissapoinded, they didn't refund for both rooms, even I didn't stay 1 night, photos was not the same like real life even the hotel .....
