I recently booked my 9-day stay at PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Singapore through Trip.com, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. 兩房一廳，面積寬敞，景觀好。周圍交通方便。房內有洗衣機和烘乾機，適合長住人士。 房內有螞蟻，這點在熱帶國家比較常見。 酒店內衞浴設施供應不夠充足。

很乾凈，服務很好，房間很好，很喜歡床和枕頭，很舒服。不過推小童車和行李多的要慎重考慮，遇到最麻煩的酒店，沒有直接可以到出租車站的電梯，轉來轉去的，很不人性化。公寓和酒店都一樣，酒店需要門僮幫忙抬下去，很尷尬，每天出去幾趟，每次都考慮要不要給小費，不給吧他們為我服務了，還很辛苦。總之，沒有這方面顧慮的可以考慮。

房間挺大，設施一般在新加坡這種地方其實算不錯了

Thanks to Cindy’s warming and caring hospitality, she helped to make my stay to be very comfortable. When I needed assistance, she offered prompt responses with a lovely smile and positive recommendations. I would definately stay again just for Cindy.. I arrived very late on my arrival date and thanks to Cindy, the check in was smooth sailing closer to midnight. Appreciates all the help.

I stayed on Level 19 in a Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment; which was very spacious, modern, comfortable and impressive. I loved the fact that the lounge and kitchen area were in a separate area and both rooms included large TV's with super fast Wi-Fi. This suite also included a private bathroom with shower and a washing machine and clothes drying rack. I enjoyed very friendly staff with an on-site restaurant, bar and lounge area, perfect for an evening glass of wine of a nice cold beer to escape the heat. If you are seeking a very affordable and conveniently located apartment (only 5 minutes walk to the closed station and a 5 minute taxi ride to the Marina Bay Sands); you must consider staying at the Park Royal Serviced Suites. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Very interesting trip . TOP notch outstanding service. I stay here with my wife for 2 weeks in a 1 bedroom premium. Fantastic room. Very approachable staff. Special mention Cindy and Khloe entertain me and my wife everytime pass through lobby with their Singapore signature chilli crab moves. We were impressed. Very entertained. Definitely will come back again.

It was a great experience staying here for 2 months! From the front desk to the cleaner (kak yati), everyone was very welcoming! Cindy helped with my check out with was super fast?

During my one-month stay, thanks to the friendly and considerate hotel staff, I was able to enjoy a very pleasant and comfortable life without feeling any inconvenience or sense of unfamiliarity in a foreign place. In particular, I believe that Cindy and the current rotation staff are not only highly professional but also warmer and more welcoming than staff at any other hotel in any country. I sincerely want to express my heartfelt gratitude to them. The hotel facilities and room conditions were slightly dated, but they were quiet and clean. The swimming pool and gym were spacious, convenient to use, and overall very satisfying.

We stayed for 2weeks from november 22nd to december 8th 2024. We booked the 2 bedroom deluxe for 3 adults and 2 kids. Service from front desk was the best I have ever experience. They were accomodating and helpful to all our needs. Our microwave was not working so we called reception and they immediately replaced it with a brand new one. We noticed the aircon was not working to optimum and they came to clean and service the next day. Also they brought us a floor standing air filter unit. Very thoughtful of them. The apartments are convinently located along Beach road with 2 mrt stations within walking distance - Nicoll mrt and Bugis mrt. Arab street is right across the road with lots of good eating places and shops. Bugis was only 10mins away. Also in the basement of the service apartments building there is a little coffeeshop selling wanton mee, baos, breakfast noodles and hot drinks. A pastry shop, 7 eleven, dry cleaners and a minimart-a big plus for getting those necessities and extras for the familyThe apartment was spacious with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy. Our stay was memorable and we will definitely come back again! Thank you Aiman and Kisho for making our stay memorable. You went out of your way to help us. It was a first time staying at a serviced suite/apartment and the experience was one of the best. We stayed at a 2 bedroom deluxe suite which consisted of one master bedroom, one twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. The suite also had ironing boards, washer, and a dryer which was perfect for an extended stay. The staff at the lobby were extremely helpful and accommodating. The housekeeping staff were very nice and helpful in terms of any extra help. They did a wonderful job making up the suite. This particular property is located in between multiple properties of the brand. There is the Park Royal Beach Road Hotel and Pan Pacific Service Suites. We were able to access the hotel side and its facilities. Additionally, The Plaza is just outside the lobby which made shopping for any small things from 7 Eleven easy. I want to give a special mention to Irene from the reception at Park Royal Beach Road Hotel as well for her help in giving us directions to a destination we had trouble finding the address to. Overall, it was an amazing stay at an affordable price. Would greatly recommend this property.
