Amazing stay. We ended up staying for 5 days. Male staff was so helpful. Breakfast was nice. Location is amazing

Great locstion, close to Nara Park, and the hotel also sells crackers to feed the deers! Check in and check out is very easy, and many good food options at a walking distance around! Service is good, and the lobby has a super fun design! Lovely stay there, will come again for sure!

This stay was impreccable efficient and clean. The arrival at the peak was just a series of never ending surprises in architecture and attractions.

Hassle free check in and check out (dino or samurai will greet you). They have two washing machines for use (not the cheapest).

Room was small probably because of the extra sofa bed but it was very convenient and clean. Great location. Close to Nara park and the station. The restaurant is also very nice.

The hotel bed and towels smells bad, as if it was not washed with proper detergent. The white towel appears to be in service for years, rough and dirty.

The hotel had no staff, a dinosaur or an anime character will speak to you for check in and check out..haha. You just scan your passport and enter some basic information, then you can get the room key. The room size is great for 2 people and all suitcases could be fully opened. If you want to store your luggage after check out, also need to press and pay at the store luggage machine by yourself. That was good for teenagers or adults for staying. If elderly, which not familiar for electric device, not recommend for staying.

Location is perfect. It's rather simple but has everything a solo traveler need. Self check in with robots is pretty cool

Great location, in the contrary it is in a quiet spot. Close to many sightseeing areas. A good experience in all self-assist service. The dinosaur reception is great!

Not my style. Self-service check-in is an insult. Otherwise the hotel is ok. The room was rather small and a bit cheap looking. The location, however, is excellent.

Very clean and nice location. Rooms are quite big and bathrooms good. No parking available! It is expensive to park your car in the parkings around!
