Friendly front office. Staff 一亦 very friendly. Near walking street. Not so many places for breakfast nearby. Nice lobby with many books. Room comfortable.

The location is convenient and the hotel is quite clean. I like the laundry service at the hotel. Night snacks are included.

For example, when I didn’t have a local phone number, the staff kindly found alternative ways to ensure I can order meals etc, demonstrating their commitment to guest comfort and convenience. The holiday season at the hotel was nothing short of magical. The festive decorations were beautifully curated, from sparkling lights to intricate holiday displays, creating a cozy yet luxurious winter wonderland. Every corner exuded the Christmas spirit, making the atmosphere warm and inviting. Combined with cheerful staff who embodied the holiday joy, the experience felt like stepping into a scene from a holiday storybook. Even when I was feeling a little under the weather, the team went above and beyond to provide care. One outstanding member 黄燚 HuangYi made my stay extra special as did a special mention to Karen who help provide me with information on where to go to do activities and explore. They promptly ensured I had everything I needed, from thoughtful amenities to attentive follow-ups, creating a warm and supportive environment for me to recover so swiftly. The buffet breakfast is a must. This is the most top Atour Ive stayed in! I have been to 5 others in different cities! Well managed and standards are kept high. From the festive ambiance to the impeccable service, this hotel offers a truly memorable experience. I would absolutely return in the future and wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a perfect getaway, especially during the holidays.

Really like this hotel. The room was spacious and pretty large. The location is good. It took us 10 minutes walking to the main street and we were near to many eateries.

Good location and decent hotel. Using robot for service delivery to the room. As I’m bringing my baby boy with me, unfortunately there are no facilities like offering a crib or bed rails.

Have a two day stay. Zhongshan is a nice place. This hotel is very new and located next to tourist attractions. The staff are very helpful and polite. Room is spacious, bright and very comfortable.

Experience was better than initial expectation. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had limited varieties, but adequate for breakfast and casual meals. Of course, I enjoyed the complimentary night snack starting from 9.30 pm.

We love the whole vibe of Atour hotel. This is our first Atour stay and Barry who checked us in had awed us in every way. She was very tentative and made us feel like the most important customers of hers. The room was neat and clean. We love it!
