Our experience at Oberoi surpassed all expectations. It's situated across expansive grounds, which gives each guest ample privacy. Hotel design is meticulous and nothing less than what I’d expect for Oberoi. The on-site restaurant serves up excellent food with a wide selection of choices, compensating for the limited nearby dining choices. Most impressive of all was the personal and impeccable service which warrants a rating beyond the conventional scale. if possible, I would award it six stars. Highly recommend a stay at Oberoi Lombok!

不愧是五星級飯店，工作人員親切、服務周到，飯店提供各項免費活動，非常適合家庭旅遊。早餐是採單點方式，不要被菜單上的價格嚇到，只要你的房價有包含早餐的話，隨便你吃多少都不需要額外付費。我另一個房間是三個女兒住，她們分別是15/18/20歲，飯店最後也沒有多收包含早餐在內的任何費用，單單這點就比峇里島甚至龍目島任何一家飯店優，也是我下次會再選擇Oberoi的理由。唯一的缺點應該就是飯店位置偏遠，距離最近的便利商店要走路40分鐘。

環境：歐貝羅伊的環境真的沒話説！綠化加上海景特別出片！綠化做得很好，定期驅蟲 沒有遇到咬人的蟲子。 這邊的海水在陽光下是玻璃海，美的跟畫一樣。 服務：我跟老公兩個人都是不會英文的，但是酒店的每個人都很有耐心，我們點餐會比其他客户慢很多，他們都在耐心等待我們翻譯。 特別感謝服務員OZI，是一個很不錯的小夥伴，大家去的話可以找他服務，他很有耐心並且會提醒我們當地出行需要注意哪些問題，幫我們叫車、提醒我們去T島如何買票。整體體驗非常好👍 設施：酒店提供很多服務，有孩子的可以提供保姆，還有一些簡單的免費水上項目，還有其他潛水出海套餐。 有免費的自行車，摩託車出租。在當地去近的地方還是很方便的。 其他的大家可以看我分享的圖片，景色真的非常棒，這邊的海風吹起來超級舒服！！！非常適合度假！

無與倫比的入住體驗！美食美景令人目不暇接！服務人員的親切友好讓人賓至如歸。一切都是如此美好，流連忘返的住宿體驗！ 那天在泳池看到美輪美奐的日落景色，居然幸福的哭了…… 還有海邊的薩克斯🎷吹奏，如此温柔絲滑美妙動聽 每天下午不重樣的茶點 手工結繩課 早起的瑜伽課 木雕了 海上運動 絕世天堂，世外桃源！歲月靜好的代名詞！

真正的五星，每個工作人員都面帶微笑，酒店的泳池和海景無敵，房間也是非常舒服，到處都充滿了花香，一天整理兩次房間（開夜床也會整理一次），晚餐還有當地舞蹈可以欣賞，滿分推薦

龍目島最佳度假酒店，服務超好超貼心 ，安靜愜意

I work in the UK travel industry, we had been travelling through Singapore and Bali I decided to visit Lombok and was recommended the Oberoi so I could get a small taste of the island and a luxury hotel. We were collected by Archon who guided around the coastline allowing us to take photos of the area just beautiful On arrival at the hotel we were met by Debi ozi billy and received a warm friendly welcome which was lovely The place felt homely and welcoming my first sight was the stunning oool area and grounds so beautiful After we checked in we headed to a pool view pavilion 101 perfect location as right next to main part of the hotel The rooms are spacious the beds huge and so comfortable I did struggle to climb in sometimes as I’m only small which was funny .The terrace was huge with views to the pool and gardens The bathroom is also light and spacious with a sunken bath for relaxing and looking out into your own little garden We decided to relax on the grassy area overlooking the beach and admire the first sunset which was beautiful we ordered some nibbles from the menu which were delicious later we had drinks in the bar and had a really good chat with hadi who said he had been working there 22years which is testament to the company We were out on a boat trip the next day so came back to relax and watch the sunset again we had dinner in the main restaurant which was excellent and plentiful It was then we realised my husband had lost his wedding ring Harry and hari looked all over for it but we think it was lost on the boat trip I can’t thank them enough for looking so grateful We had breakfast two mornings and adi served us he was cheery and pleasant the choices were excellent and the views towards the sea lovely We left with achun who took us back to the airport via the monkey forest All in all I would definitely recommend The hotel to my clients it’s so relaxing the staff are amazing I cried when I left hopefully we will come back one day and stay longer thank you for looking after us and making our quick visit special

Where do I begin…we extended our Bali trip and spend 3 nights in Lombok (should have done 7 nights!) At the airport we were greeted by The Oberoi representative, We had chosen a private transfer and Jaya our driver was an absolute sweetheart! Upon arrival we had a brilliant and warm welcome garlands and all. It’s such a beautiful, calming resort. Our ocean view suite was absolutely brilliant with breathtaking views of the ocean. The room was large and spacious. The Spa facilities were great too and Lily has magic massage hands…we had some great treatments during our short visit. The breakfast and food in general was great and my husband was beyond pleased that there were several Indian options too! We did a private tour of the Gili islands which was a great experience too. The service is at a different level all together. Debi at Reception, Ansal, Nadra, Mustapa, Michelle, Mansour, Adi, Lily and Marnik are some names we would like to specially mention. We can’t wait to return to savour this absolute jewel of a resort! The best Oberoi we’ve stayed at thus far…teri makasi!

The Oberoi in Lombok is easily the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed with. From the second you arrive, the attention to detail, the grounds, rooms and food are faultless. There is even a menu for what type of pillow you would like. A special mention to Hari at front desk for making this a trip to remember, your kindness and hospitality will long be remembered long after we have left.

The Oberoi Lombok is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at so far. The staff was friendly and helpful, without bothering you. Nothing was too much to ask and everything was arranged when requested. We went a few times on a private speedboat to snorkel on the nearby islands, of which Gili Meno was definitely the most to our taste. I would recommend staying in a beach villa, which was very private and equipped with its own pool.

No extra charge for my little girl who is 15 years old share the room with her 2 elder sisters. Silent and peaceful place.

We stayed here whilst on honeymoon in September 2023. I cannot describe the attention to detail that the staff and hotel provided. Absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived we were blown away by how accomodating the staff were. Great food, great drinks, great entertainment, great activities offered. We genuinely did not want to leave. A huge thank you to Nurun, Hari, Sayu, Harry, Roi and Saha for making this the highlight of our honeymoon. There is absolutely no question that they made us feel so welcome and the level of service was unlike anything I've ever experienced before (or am likely to again). Each member of staff is a credit to the resort and showcase the island's hospitality. Tampiasih!

During our stay in The Oberoi Beach Resort most of the things went good. Their hospitality is top notch. Room was specious and comfortable. On our arrival they have upgraded our room. But we found cockroach in the room, we had complementary breakfast for two within certain amount. The taste of each day for the same breakfast item was very inconsistent. On our second day of stay ,really had hard time to find a staff just to ask for any additional bills for breakfast. Overall , didn’t expect this sort of experience from a 5 star hotel .

On my final morning my waiter asked if I would join them for the evening Bar Be Que. When I said it was my last morning his face fell to the floor and he said. "That is so sad." That spontaneous unscripted response, the perfect example that the Oberoi Lombok beats with an authentic heart and is why I feel despite, the darkness and disconnectedness of the world, Lombok and the Oberoi holds all of that at bay, and reminds me we are still capable of being at peace with one another and take pleasure in each other as both giver and recipient. This fourth trip set aside Rinjani and focused instead on luxury and care on land and the exotic and beautiful beneath the waves. The Spa Treatments were exquisite, the food inventive and appropriate in equal measure. I particularly enjoyed the Lamb cooked in the manner of a dish from Rajasthan. The room was the perfect retreat. This year Dimas led the team, charming fastidious and always responsive and he dealt with my more demanding requests very diplomatically. I asked for help beyond the Oberoi orbit in a very precise manner and I am very grateful for his acting as a conduit on my behalf. In the evenings the Trio and Solo artist were as good as ever and I thoroughly enjoyed the beach bar be que. That the grill food was cooked real time made it much more than the usual bar be que fair. Lee, my scuba buddy, was his usual phlegmatic self, few words but all the right ones. He had obviously text ahead to make sure the Turtles were there to greet us, such magic! A special thank you to Joel, who drove me to the airport, through rain and a thousand and one motorcycles. I arrived in plenty of time to negotiate the various Scoot protocols, which ultimately were fine, but it was my first time returning to Singapore with them and I was a little anxious after their performance in Singapore, which was complicated and made little sense. Thank you and Inshallah I look forward to next year.
