Our experience at Oberoi surpassed all expectations. It's situated across expansive grounds, which gives each guest ample privacy. Hotel design is meticulous and nothing less than what I’d expect for Oberoi. The on-site restaurant serves up excellent food with a wide selection of choices, compensating for the limited nearby dining choices. Most impressive of all was the personal and impeccable service which warrants a rating beyond the conventional scale. if possible, I would award it six stars. Highly recommend a stay at Oberoi Lombok!

十年後第二次來到龍目島歐貝羅伊酒店還是那麼的迷人、那麼的美麗！喜歡它獨立風格的小院式客房、民族風的建築風格，服務非常周到細緻，感受到酒店管理者對每一處細節都很用心。非常喜歡非常滿意👍

方方面面都非常好，可只是短暫逗留一天。如果重新選擇，我會調整酒店的安排，多住一兩天。你後面的卡塔馬蘭好的不是一點半點。 晚餐人均300左右，有免費倒水，送了餐前麪包和前菜和湯（分量都很小，但很有儀式感）。 泳池的水感覺是加了温的，很不錯，就是水有點混，可能是當地水質原因。 浮潛和帆板都沒有時間玩了。 總之，定就對了。

不愧是五星級飯店，工作人員親切、服務周到，飯店提供各項免費活動，非常適合家庭旅遊。早餐是採單點方式，不要被菜單上的價格嚇到，只要你的房價有包含早餐的話，隨便你吃多少都不需要額外付費。我另一個房間是三個女兒住，她們分別是15/18/20歲，飯店最後也沒有多收包含早餐在內的任何費用，單單這點就比峇里島甚至龍目島任何一家飯店優，也是我下次會再選擇Oberoi的理由。唯一的缺點應該就是飯店位置偏遠，距離最近的便利商店要走路40分鐘。

環境：歐貝羅伊的環境真的沒話説！綠化加上海景特別出片！綠化做得很好，定期驅蟲 沒有遇到咬人的蟲子。 這邊的海水在陽光下是玻璃海，美的跟畫一樣。 服務：我跟老公兩個人都是不會英文的，但是酒店的每個人都很有耐心，我們點餐會比其他客户慢很多，他們都在耐心等待我們翻譯。 特別感謝服務員OZI，是一個很不錯的小夥伴，大家去的話可以找他服務，他很有耐心並且會提醒我們當地出行需要注意哪些問題，幫我們叫車、提醒我們去T島如何買票。整體體驗非常好👍 設施：酒店提供很多服務，有孩子的可以提供保姆，還有一些簡單的免費水上項目，還有其他潛水出海套餐。 有免費的自行車，摩託車出租。在當地去近的地方還是很方便的。 其他的大家可以看我分享的圖片，景色真的非常棒，這邊的海風吹起來超級舒服！！！非常適合度假！

無與倫比的入住體驗！美食美景令人目不暇接！服務人員的親切友好讓人賓至如歸。一切都是如此美好，流連忘返的住宿體驗！ 那天在泳池看到美輪美奐的日落景色，居然幸福的哭了…… 還有海邊的薩克斯🎷吹奏，如此温柔絲滑美妙動聽 每天下午不重樣的茶點 手工結繩課 早起的瑜伽課 木雕了 海上運動 絕世天堂，世外桃源！歲月靜好的代名詞！

真正的五星，每個工作人員都面帶微笑，酒店的泳池和海景無敵，房間也是非常舒服，到處都充滿了花香，一天整理兩次房間（開夜床也會整理一次），晚餐還有當地舞蹈可以欣賞，滿分推薦

I have stayed at various hotels over the years during my travel. Saint Regis, Ritz Carlton, Four seasons, Hilton Conrad's you name it and no one compares to the Oberoi hotels. I've stayed at six of them in India one of them in Morocco and then one in Bali and one in Lombok

The resort is beautiful. Very clean and everything worked! The staff are so friendly and without doubt they are the greatest asset of the hotel. The ocean view villa was exceptional. It was beautifully laid out, spacious, and very comfortable. Again, everything worked as it should and it made for a ver comfortable stay. The attention to detail was brilliant. From the sunglasses cleaning at the poolside to the water sports area, every member of staff made the extra effort to ensure we had a great stay. The food in the restaurant was some of the best we have tasted in our varied travels across the world. I can honestly say this was one of our favourite all time hotels and one of our all time favourite stays. I like the fact that check-in is completed in a comfortable relaxed area and not at a desk. We sat with that beautiful view of the ocean in comfortable chairs with a refreshing drink. The spa was lovely and we enjoyed a 90 minute Balinese massage for my wife's birthday which was just superb. The maintenance of the grounds is something you should be very proud of. The gardeners worked so hard to keep the area looking first class. They really must have passion for what they do. The grass cutting and the foliage looked so well looked after. There was nothing we found that we felt should be improved, it was a perfect stay for us, so thank you

I have been writing hotel reviews for over 10 years and this resort is the second one in my book that has earned a perfect 10. You can find more details in my blog (link in bio). The property is amazing, I can still smell the plumerias, and I will never forget the green gardens with palm trees. We stayed at a private villa with a pool and it was all the luxury we could wish for. A gym and free bike rental were a bonus for us, as we cannot stay put in one area for too long. However, we could easily spend a couple of more days there. Compliments to the architect, the management and the staff!

The customer service was unbeatable and the resort was stunning. The staff are exceptional and attentive to every need. I would highly recommend staying here. The food was amazing, highly recommend a massage at the day spa and a tour to the Gili Islands and the waterfalls.
